Rude, did not get my order right on purpose racist against white women. Unprofessional and didnt do their job. I ordered a catina power bowl and they only put rice, beans, a spot of beef whe. I paid extra for it, NO RICE NOT ONE DROP AT ALL, ALL LETTUCE. ITS WAS LIKE A VEGGIE SALAD IT WAS NASTY and cold. Worst tacobell I've ever been too. Do not recommend. And when I called and asked why they purposely didnt make it right the girl lied and got rude and threatened me.

There's more to customer service than just rapping at me through the drive thru speaker.I had to repeat my order to the employee at the window this morning, he wasn't friendly when I got to the window, he would've let me drive off without my drink if I hadn't said anything, I asked for sauce and it wasn't in the bag, and my Bacon Breakfast Crunchwrap was sausage.At least the food was hot and tasted fine.

People too lazy to come take your order. You have to use a kiosk. Then you have to go to wait for somebody to come to the counter to pay them. It saves no time at all.
