Bad customer service and really unprofessional the guy at the window it look like he dint want to take orders. He was yelling on the speaker and dint let me order what I wanted. Really rude the food was cold and I dint end up eating cuz probably they did something to it. I ask to speak to the manager and he dint care I end up taking off sens those kinda people are just waste of time and lazy to work. Taco bell do something about this location.

Ordered on the app to this location and the manager proceeded to tell us that yes it was ordered to this location, but manger said they wouldn’t serve food even after seeing we were at the right place. Manager told us to go down the road and they would make the food there. Manager belittled and talked to me like I was an idiot even though I ordered to his store. He refused to make food so I went to were he told me. Manager at that store he told me to go to told me that this has never happened and the other manager messed up. Have reached out to customer service three times and been waiting for over a week but nothing has been solved. Do not order food here management is awful and corporate seems to not care about the quality of their employees and managers respect to customers. Our order was less than $3 and the manager refused to make our food and tell us we are the idiots for arriving at the restaurant we ordered to on the app.

Been working in this area on 3rd shift for the last three months and this location is nothing but a disappointment never keep consistent hrs the lady’s on 3rd shift are rude. They will literally hide while people are in the drive thru and play on their cell
Worst ever drive thru experience ever! Twenty minutes in line after placing order of 2 tacos and 1 burrito. Gave window guy my credit card and asked for a receipt. Answer was “we don’t have any receipts. Asked for how much was my order? Answer “I don’t know “ waited another 5 minutes and given my sack. Checked and verified that there were 3 items in the bag. Drove off so as to not hold up the line. Got home only to find the 3 items were not correct. No point to drive back and complain. Total failure on visit.We recently moved to this area from Carmel, IN. Regular Taco Bell customer at Carmel Drive location which was always friendly quick and delicious.I have no reason to ever return to this location on 86th st again. It's a basic taco bell. The staff are very good. My big complaint is TURN ON YOUR AC. It's hotter inside than outside 88°. At you trying to make people and your staff sick.

One of the worst Taco Bells that I've been to in many many years. They are closed at the most random times. Whether that be lunch or breakfast. The amount of times that I've gone to order online and my order gets cancelled or go through the drive thru and turns out there closed at again the times when majority of establishments are open is a absurd to me. At this point they should just be permanently closed. Highly don't recommend going to this Taco Bell. Many others near this area that are 100 times better and are actually open.

We came to the store and door was locked made to do drive thru then I ordered a box and 2 additional chicken chalupas. They was out of boxes and threw everything in the bag. They gave us the items that came in the box and a additional beef chulpa. No chicken chulpas. I paid for an additional chicken chalupa and didnt get me the one I had originally paid for and when told they became very argumentative and insisted it was correct even after we took everything out and opened it up. I got a refund for the chicken Chulpa I added and left.
