I ordered on there app then when I got there they Said they couldn't make food and told me to cancel, when I told them I couldn't and that I already paid they said "call customer support" in which I called and they were closed. They responded with oh well.

Ordered 2 freezes with a shot of well rum and were charged for and received 2 drinks with no alcohol. Asked for our correct order and were charged for the drinks, no issue there. But when we asked for a refund for our 2 NON-ALCOHOLIC FOUNTAIN DRINKS we were refused despite the fact that the drinks were not what we ordered and were not drank past the point of making that realization (like 2 sips, actually). The manager also would not come out to speak with us, they were just sending the poor employee back and forth as a messenger.On the bright side, this is a FABULOUS establishment for 18-20 year olds seeing as they don’t ID a single person. Have fun getting Baja blasted, kids, this place is a joke to anyone that actually works for their money though. Can’t recommend traveling here if you’re from out of town like we did…

My orders didn't have the right drink, didn't get the sauces, and no labelling, and also were not showing up as ready for pick-up after waiting 3x times than usual. There wasn't any traffic at the store and I ended up calling them after waiting a considerable amount of time to confirm it was ready.My coffee was even the wrong one, was cold tooThey even put 2 orders into one bag and it got messy inside.Wouldn't recommend

Manager was super rude and disrespectful they refused to be helpful wouldn’t even come talk to me when I asked a question just stayed in the back and said they won’t come talk to a customer I only had a question thanks for being a terrible service your company should find a new manager for this

The food was dry, not hot, and the chips were nasty. Place hasn't had ice in 3 weeks. Every time I've gone, no ice for drinks. Drive thru dude was very friendly.
This is the best taco bell location around!! Naj is the best! She always makes sure the orders are correct and provides the best customer service!! She deserves a raise!

Customer service sucks here you hear the management. They had forgotten my sour cream wasn't mad went up there to ask for it that's the difference from the side I actually paid for to the lady in the jacket seemed to be bothered the manager that was back on the make table said something to the lady that seemed bothered and she was like I don't care and whatever else she said.
