Stopped by for lunch. Went thru drive-thru. Not serving Taco Bell. On March 6th at 1310 hours. Come to see for myself, through the drive thru window, they are serving Taco Bell just not for drive thru or myself. Ordered the new Smashed bowl with nuggets, charged $7.40, asked about the drink as they are advertising at drive thru menu with drink for $7.29. Then got me l my change dropped to the ground as window guy is to busy texting on his phone too see where he is placing my change. Sadly this is not the first time poor service has been provided at this location and any given day and or person.

I live in the adjacent neighborhood and this is my local Taco Bell. There seems to be a lot fo turnover, which isn't atypical for fast food restaurants, but the minute they have someone who gets my drive through order correct a few times, they are gone the next week. The food is always of a reliable quality, but you sometimes don't get everything you order. It's a tough job, so I'm understanding.I still want to support local franchisers and businesses, and things are almost always great, which is why it's noticeable when they get screwed up. They also don't always have the latest Taco Bell menu items or specials, which I assume to also be a franchise-level decision.I'll keep eating here, and you should, too.

Fast drive through. They get your order right. Not sure what else I could ask for from a neighborhood taco bell.

This is the most dismissive, ill informed staff that I've come across. They are often "out" of things that once ordered, magically appears. They don't know their menu and are not timely with any preparation. The sauces are behind the counter and they will put the food on the counter and walk away without giving any sauce, even if requested at the time of order. This is a trend for this location.
