This Taco Bell used to be good, but not anymore. The wait time at night is OUTRAGEOUS!!! Not to mention, they aren’t giving standard portions of food anymore. I worked at Taco Bell when I was 16 and again when I was 22. I know the standard measurements for portions like the back of my hand. They not giving the recommended amount. Even if you pay for extra, you’re not going to get it. It’s like they low on funds and trying to ration their products. I was literally told I couldn’t have extra hot sauce. I’ve been trying to contact Taco Bell directly to report this location, because they need to come in and inspect and re-train the staff. You shouldn’t be in business if you can’t afford to be. And you damn sure shouldn’t be part of a franchise when you aren’t prepared to follow their standards. Best to drive to a different location. You'll get your food quicker and made correctly even with the added travel time.

My boyfriend and I come here often around 10pm/11pm because of my pregnancy cravings and normally they do good, but tonight something was off…my beefy 5-later burrito was not beefy at all…first bite I took was pure tortilla no ingredients…and the next couple of bites were nothing but beans, I don’t recall ordering a bean burrito…plus is was super cold…my boyfriend got what he always gets as well, the cheesy bean and rice burrito with extra nacho cheese…charged for extra cheese btw and his was literally only bean and he got 2 of them…we order the same thing every time we come late night…this is the first time our food was not up to par and everything was cold…kinda disappointed because it def wasn’t worth $9.

I don’t know about you guys, but I like to have meat in my taco. I know it’s crazy. When the double stack came back out I was pumped because I forgot how bad Taco Bell can be. The first two times I hit up the drive through it was good. The last two times were absolutely horrible. Maybe a once of meat in the taco and a sad amount of lettuce and cheese. The women in the drive through window was nice though. So you got that going for you.
