I pre ordered on the phone line and paid upfront which they always do . They told me the order would be ready in 10 minutes so I arrived around 10 minutes the order was not ready and not even put in to make in the kitchen. I had to wait around 20 minutes there . There was no people or anything that would make it busy it was empty. I would of gotten past that expect I ordered a torta. The torta meat was not cooked properly it was rushed too cook.not only that but it wasn't even cut. I saw how they just got from the fridge put in the pan and didn't even tempted to cut it. I ordered a torta de asada so I was expecting a torta with cut meat. Overall I do not recommend this place . It has not been the first time they do not cut something just to rush it out the kitchen the other time I ordered a type of taco that has pineapple and I got three chuck of pineapple instead of the normal cut up pineapple. I will definitely not be back or recommend this place . It's not what it use to be like. Also the customer service is not so great most the time the ladies upfront have an attitude this also my fault for keep coming to this place but it was the most convenient.

We are a couple of Gringos who fancy ourselves connoisseurs of authentic Mexican food. My husband speaks Spanish because he served a church mission in East LA, and is very picky about any Mexican food we try to find. He loved that as soon as you walk in the door, almost everyone is speaking spanish, so you know it's good ! Some friends recommended this place and he loved it, it tasted just like being in an Abuela's kitchen , he said. We tried all sorts of tacos and they were all fantastic, including the different salsas. The chips and guacamole were amazing, and the Panaderia sweets next door were super fun to try as well. The restaurant was also very clean.

My torta came with a cut up hot dog on it and chorizo which was completely unexpected. The tacos were filled with meat...but they use mini tortillas. I was a little underwhelmed. There are so many better places to eat tacos in Indy...but this was just okay.

The food is good but the poor treatment of the cashiers and the waitresses is terrible. You ask them for sauces and for 5 tacos they only give you 2 tiny salt sitas and they come half-full. I don't recommend this place.

I am gluten intolerant and made the mistake of not asking what kind of tortillas each taco was served on. I'm not 100% positive, but it seems like if you add cheese they will automatically give you a flour tortilla. I'm sure if you specified they could easily switch to a corn tortilla. I definitely know to do that the next time. Apart from the steak and cheese tacos (on the flour tortilla) I also ordered a campechano (steak and chorizo). It was tasty and both of the salsas had good flavor.
