thieves is such a LOVELY cocktail lounge. it’s small, intimate, but still plays great music that’s just barely loud enough so you can comfortably a conversation. the drinks are phenomenal, and the deck is my favorite place in broad ripple. this is our main spot, and they always take such good care of us!

A hot cocktail spot right on Broad Ripple Ave! While the space is small and cozy, it boasts a large deck great for catching up with friends or a date night. While they have AMAZING cocktails, they are also woman owned, so a double threat! The menu is expansive so even the pickiest drinker will be able to find something they'll love. From champagne to bourbon to tequila, there's something for everyone!

I went to Thieves last summer for a girls night out. It was a blast! Thieves is woman-owned, and one of if not the only cocktail lounge in the Broad Ripple area. There are silly neon signs all around the bar, perfect for a photo op! The deck probably doubles the size of the bar and is a fantastic perch for people watching, especially now that all the construction is done in the area. The drinks were dynamite, and if you get hungry you can always grab pizza or a snack from somewhere nearby! Also got great service from the bartenders!

Was okay. Understaffed the night we went but bartender worked hard to keep. Drinks were okay. Paid more for the location and ambiance than drink quality. Don't know that I'd return.

4 drinks = $70 after tip. Little cramped, little dim. Definitely trying to maximize # of customers. Very busy. Good recommendations. Friendly casual atmosphere - first time there - pleasantly surprised. Good drink menu.

Creative cocktails served in a quiet setting where people can have conversations without shouting. That alone is worth five stars these days. Friendly bartender was also the server. Will definitely return.

Thieves is super cute & cozy inside! I swear I've been there before, but also I have zero recollection of the absolutely adorable atmosphere. The cocktails are well thought out and quite yummy. They're strong, but not in an unappealing or imbalanced way. I really appreciated how knowledgeable the staff was about what was in each cocktail and their ability to make informed recommendations based on the individual's stated preferences. My one gripe is the seats. They're jussst a bit uncomfortable. While visually appealing, they lack a bit of comfort. That aside, this is definitely a spot I would recommend and I'm sure I'll be back.

Thieves is a bar off BR Avenue and next to Union Jack. It's primarily a cocktail bar with some beers on drafts and cans. We had drinks here Saturday night. I ordered the espresso martini. It didn't disappoint. There are neon signs with your usual "girls be bad" theme. I loved the Thieves sign with the lights. My drink was great, and the drinks came out quickly. I think the neon signs are out of place, personally and don't gel with the rest of the bar. I like the velvet upholstery for the bar chairs and stools. There is no downstairs, and overall seating is limited. I would say that this is a good place for Espresso martinis. The prices are within range for what I would expect.

My boyfriend and I have become regulars at Theives because of the delicious cocktails, the ambiance, and the friendly bartenders. We love this place!!

Went here last saturday 9/9 to have drinks with a couple of friends. Atmosphere was fine and we were greeted. Though towards the end of the night me and my friends left and told the bartenders goodnight. The next day my total went from 25.86 to 75$ Furious i go back only to met with the same bartender, i asked her why. Her answer? That we apparently walked out and it caused a fee. She claims to have chased after us which is false but then also states the rule about the fee is posted on the wall of the back of the building? How is someone supposed know about the rule if it’s behind the building? She didn’t let me speak and gave me a card saying i should expect a call later that day. It’s tuesday the next week and i haven’t heard a peep. They tipped themselves 50$+ and tried to justify this. Never going again or would i recommend this place

This is THEE spot for happy hour! My friend and I wanted to enjoy a cocktail outdoors and Thieves provided! They had themed drinks for the Barbie movie and were so yummy. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The inside is dark and mood which is very on brand for them. A decent amount of seating inside for how quaint it is. If you've got nice weather, I strongly encourage sitting outdoors on the patio. There's so many cute photo ops to get content. The food menu is light snacks, but you're right on the BR strip so there's several options for food if you get real hungry! Can't wait to make this "our spot."

Thieves has a great bar ambiance with low lights. I didn't particularly think the seats were comfortable but not awful. Bartender was friendly and the drinks were ok but lacked nuance and also the bar itself didn't have great spirit options. Overall a nice chill place for locals but if you are looking for a top tier bar this isn't the place.
