I cannot say enough good about this place. I wanted to do something special for my Mom's 70th birthday. Some things caused us to be late for our reservation, but Debbie was absolutely incredible making sure we still had the opportunity to enjoy the experience to its fullest. Located on the 3rd floor of Sak's 5th Ave in the Keystone mall sits a delightful tea room with sparkle and all things lovely. Our server Debbie, was excellent in guiding our selections. While some chose the Afternoon Tea which consisted of 3 tiers of tea sandwiches, scone w/ clotted cream and an English jam of choice (all sounding delicious), and mini desserts all amply satisfying amounts to enjoy, I chose the Pair Two-a salad of choice and a sandwich choice w a choice of bread....read full review

I took my two daughters,sister and niece to tea at Tillys. It took an hour to receive water for the table and a little over an hour for our tea service. The waitress was a little detached. The sandwiches had great flavor except the bread was hard, you could tell they were made in advance. The assortment of teas were good. The tea came out tepid at best.
