First time there. Loved the theatrics and ambiance. Forgot to take pictures. Must visit. Was apprehensive about the flavors coz I'm not a fan of Japanese, but I liked everything at the hibachi table.

First off - the food is phenomenal. It is fresh, made to order, good portions, great prices. The shumai is honestly so well cooked I order it every time.The staff is great - the servers are all on top of tables - quickly refilling any low drinks and checking for empty plates to remove. The chef is top notch - the food is phenomenal. The managers are nice and keep a good eye out. The wine/beer/sake selection is quite fitting and they also have a full alcohol bar unlike many sushi/hibachi joints.Shoutout to my favorite server Maria.

Short answer, great hibachi experience at a reasonable price. I would go back again.The food and the taste were great. The Hibachi chef was funny, and it made for a fun experience. The service was good, no complaints at all.The price was good, especially when you compare it to other locations like Masa which is fancier, but each dish is an extra $5-10 over Tomo's prices.My biggest complaint is the lighting of the atmosphere. The art on the wall is great and the look of the place is good, but they really don't have much lighting at the Hibachi tables. It is VERY dim and I don't care for that.Despite this, I will be going back as the food and the experience makes up for it.

They take forever for Togo orders and are rude to you when you ask how much longer!5 mins is what they tell you and then 10 mins later your asking again..
This place is amazing! Sam was an amazing cook and the food was so tasty. The service was good and I had a great conversation!

sashimis were really good, we had dragon roll and it was just ok not particularly flavorful, had calamari too and i wish the sauce was more flavorful, probably will come back and try their hibachi but not

Everytime we stopped by Indianapolis visiting family , this is a must stop by place per kiddos request. They love the habachi and sushi here . Sushi are always fresh and tasty yummy yummy sauce we all love !!! Thank you Tomo again for serving us !!!!!!!!

Great find. Fast service. Wonderful food. I've dined with family. Including several kids under 5. I've also have been here many times with my husband and will be back. I've never had an issue with any of the food. It's made to how you order. The warm house sake is excellent.
