Went there this morning did a curbside pick up got my food and smoothie went to pick up smoothie before I even left the parking lot and the whole bottom of the cup exploded….told me there is nothing they can do about it so guess I won’t be returning….

Last 2 times we visited, ordered an Açaí bowl, they didn’t add a topping the first time, second time, they put in a fruit we said to sub out. There was also lettuce mixed in with the bowl THE SECOND TIME THEY REMADE UT AFTER THE FIRST MESS UP, which is clearly the person who is making it mixing other foods with our food and literally do not care at all about service or quality. Completely unacceptable, I don’t even trust that what I order will actually get put in my food, the kids just don’t care, management is horrible I suggest you get some workers who have integrity and care about what they do.

Service is beyond slow. Waited 35 mins in line with one car ahead of me and no one behind me until about 15 mins later it was a long line. Not one soul was inside this place customer wise. This isn’t the first time this place takes forever to make smoothies. It was atleast 4-6 people working from what I seen. Other locations in the area are not this slow. I don’t get it.

Burnt quesadilla that also got cold because my online order was scheduled for pickup at 5:13, got there at 5:05, but didn’t get my order until 5:33. Manager was unapologetic, staff was rude. One of the staff, Eli kept lying to my face they are working on it, but he’s the one making all the smoothies. Good luck if he’s making your smoothie. Never go there again, they make you wait if you place order online. Also adding a photo of the quesadilla that was burnt and got cold because they made me wait for my order. Smoothie tasted ok, just make sure when ordering online to put in comments that you don’t want burnt quesadillas

Currently still waiting for my order in store. My wife and I ordered two smoothies at 3:36pm, according to the receipt, and it is now after 4pm. We've seen several customers come and go and employees have been on their phones as we've been waiting to receive our order in the store.We received our food at 4:02pm, and I am finishing this comment just now. I believe we've received drinks, appetizers, and food faster at Applebees than we received our smoothies today. Disappointed and will plan to shop elsewhere for smoothies in the future.

I love this place but they are very bad at modifications.TLDR: ALWAYS check your food before you leave.The last three times I’ve gotten the Cali Breakfast Wrap, once recently now that it’s back and twice before it left, I’ve asked for no chipotle mayo. Every time they read it back and it’s correct. This time it even said on the sticker when they passed it over “no mayo”. But when I get the food there is bright orange chipotle mayo every time. They’re always very nice about fixing it, but I’m very frustrated.I love this place, the atmosphere, the food, and the workers are super friendly.But this is an ongoing problem, and it makes me not want to buy as often to avoid the headache of having to go back in or around to ask for it to be made right.

Went through the drive through for a simple smoothie and Quesadilla. I had to pull up for whatever reason because it was taking a long time to make the Quesadillas. 15 minutes later we finally get them. 1/10 would not recommend at all.

They rounded up my total for a charity when I told them not to. I do not give to big charities and did not appreciate them doing that. The girls were so busy talking they apparently didn't know how to listen very well. I'm all for making work better with a little conversation. Just do your job right first.
