Recently, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and try Tsaocaa, adding it to my list of go-to boba spots in Indy, alongside the beloved Moar Tea. After sampling a variety of their offerings, I feel compelled to share my thoughts on this delightful find. The lineup of drinks I've tried at Tsaocaa is pretty extensive: Strawberry Milk Green Tea, Mango Milk Green Tea, Coconut Mango Slush, Strawberry Puree Milk, Brown Sugar Milk Black Tea, and Mango Puree Milk. Each drink was a unique experience, but what really stood out to me was the quality of the boba itself - it's phenomenal across the board. However, I've developed a particular fondness for their puree milks over the other teas. The Mango and Strawberry Milk teas, though refreshing, felt a tad too watery for my liking, leaning more towards a diluted milkiness than the rich texture I crave. On the other hand, the puree milks, despite being mostly foam, were a game changer for me. They somehow manage to pack a punch with a perfect hint of saltiness, enhancing the authentic flavor of the fruit. It's an interesting texture, but I absolutely love it.Visiting Tsaocaa, whether it's ordering online or popping into the store, has always been a positive experience for me. The servers are genuinely friendly, and the place has a welcoming vibe that makes you want to come back.In all, Tsaocaa has proven itself to be a fantastic spot for anyone looking to enjoy high-quality boba in Indy. Their unique take on traditional boba teas, especially the puree milks, has definitely won me over. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

this is the best boba place in indy— the service is always friendly and fast, the drinks are always great and they’re decently priced compared to other boba shops here, and i love sitting in the loft area. ? my favorite drinks are the fruit milk teas.

I stopped here quickly with a friend to get boba for another friend on her birthday! I got the purple potato milk tea! It was SO GOOD! I got it with 25% sweetness as I'm not into overly sweet beverages. The boba itself was good. Perfectly chewy. We ordered at the kiosks and our number was called at the from counter when our drinks were ready. I really like the little upstairs area. There's a few games to play and plenty of seating and tables. It was a cozy atmosphere. Soon I hope to try the food, but my boba was very good. I'd get it again. As much as I want to try something new next time I might have to get the purple potato milk tea again!

We got the Korean fried chicken sandwich with the honey garlic sauce. DELICIOUS. The sandwiches were huge. So many different drinks to choose from. Very cozy atmosphere. They are very friendly here and you can also order on a big screen if you want.

I can’t say anything about the drinks. Maybe that’s why people like this place. But the chicken is bad. Obviously over brined to the point where the meat has a mealy texture and extremely salty. Greasy as well. The bao were okay. Not great. Another over priced restaurant praised for the cute factor.

My boys love boba tea so we decided to stop in for lunch after running errands all morning. When we entered we were the only people there so we were able to take our time ordering what we wanted from a kiosk. We all got drinks chicken tenders and gyoza. We sat down and waited and I remembered they had soup dumplings so I had to order them. All teas were solid and the food was better than we expected. The Gyoza came with a sauce which was good and the 10 piece chicken tenders were crispy. We chose 3 sauces for the chicken bbq, hot & spicy, and soy garlic. We all like the soy the best and got an extra to take home with our leftovers. The soup dumplings were delicious and came with 2 sauces that complemented them well. We will definitely be back for

Holy chicken is right!! Oh my goodness, a co-worker ordered the boneless chicken for delivery and 30 mins after she arrived, she let me try it. It was absolutely outstanding! THIRTY mins after delivery?!?!?? She also got the Purple Yam bubble tea, which she said is absolutely delicious. I can't wait to go there and try it in person!! YUMMY!!!

Very cute place with delicious drinks (and an ordering kiosk, which I definitely needed since it was my first time and there are so many options.) I ordered the milk tea with brown sugar boba and my husband got a green tea with jellies. Both very good and service was quick (despite me holding up the line because I couldn’t decide)

Downtown just got its newest Instagram restaurant. I stopped into Tsaocaa because my son loves bubble tea. We soon found out they had so much more to offer. The menu includes soup dumplings, Korean fried chicken, egg, waffles, and macarons, I'll wrapped up in an aesthetically pleasing venue. It's very well lit. They have plants and modern light fixtures, and one of those cotton candy machines from TikTok. There are a few seats downstairs, as well as an upstairs with additional seating. You place your order at the kiosk and wait for your name to be called so far we have tried the traditional milk tea with Boba and the yogurt mango with popping Boba. Both were very good. You can adjust the sweetness to your taste. The Korean fried chicken is delicious although I think it's better if you dine in as opposed to carrying out. The same goes for the soup dumplings. Pro tip: get the secret sauce for the wings and make sure you get the hot chili oil for the dumplings .
