I officially love vanilla bean bakery! I have lived near this store most of my life but never stopped in. I happened to be in crunch and needed some cupcakes for a friend's birthday and I'm so glad I trusted them with my dessert needs. The cupcakes were very fresh, moist and flavorful and the icing was delicious without being overly sweet. I haven't been to vanilla bean in years. But I was in the neighborhood so decided to stop by, even after all the time they are still just as good as I remembered. I opted for a yellow cupcake with chocolate icing and some white chocolate covered pretzels. The owner was very friendly and accommodating.
