The food is okay. The service is mediocre. The male server always has an attitude and seems bothered when you ask questions. Also, he hovers a lot. I had to ask him if he wanted us to leave. Awkward! I do not recommend. I will take my $$ somewhere else in the future, where I feel welcomed.

Best sushi I’ve ever had! The owner’s are so kind and care so much about their food and atmosphere. I had the 465 roll and it was the best roll I’ve ever had. Can’t beat $25 all you can eat!

AMAZING Price for unlimited Sushi. The quality of the food is good, never a bad piece of sushi had at this place. But again, you're not going to be getting Michelin star sushi for this price. Its not just sushi, the appetizers are amazing, the BEST crab rangoon I've ever had. And the staff is amazing. Very attentive and helpful if you have trouble with your order or figuring out the ipad. No wait limit on tables (unless they have a line of people) and so its the best place to bring a board game and play with your S/O or kids, read a book by yourself, or do some work during lunch while eating everything on their menu.

Ordered online for pickup. Went to pickup and they told me it would be $3 more than the receipt. The soup was not good. The salad was full of water and the dressing was watery so I basically ate lettuce with no dressing. Service was subpar.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced. They never offer me anything when walked in. Once I ordered I disappeared.

Gave the guy a $5 tip for keeping the water coming he didn't feel like it was enough and took another $5 off the card I paid with will never go back. When I called and asked them about it they played dumb like they don't speak English.

I ordered takeout so I can only really rate the food. I ordered sashimi specifically because I am attempting low carb. I ordered the sashimi deluxe and salmon roe (ikura) as sashimi. The fish seems pretty good and the serving seems generous. The downside is that they served me tobiko instead of ikura. I specified ikura, as it is my favorite. Ikura is a much larger and robust fish egg than tobiko and is quite distinct in my opinion. Despite my disappointment from the incorrect item, I enjoyed the rest of my meal.

Fantastic sushi! The unlimited sushi is delicious! I'm just glad I live a little ways away, otherwise I'd be at the unlimited sushi daily!

loved the all you can eat, made to order sushi bar. reasonably priced, everyone is very nice and accommodating. staff was attentive to our questions and when adjustments were made. sushi was good, but some of the spicy tuna lacked flavor. loved the salmon and eel nigari and the dynamite rolls, crab rangoon, miso soup, and green tea ice cream!

There are some tech updates at Watami! Tablet menus zap your order directly to the kitchen, a robot cat carries food between the kitchens and there's an automated cotton candy machine that makes very impressive and delightfully tasty cotton candy.
