Service is 100/10. Extra attentive, always there and very helpful for dishes (+ kindness, which is an extra)Sushi isn’t the greatest, as it is an all you can eat, but it is very good for the deal you get. You order as many times as you want and it is fresh, so no complaints at all!

Thoroughly enjoyed it. Ignore the low reviews for the added on tip. It’s not a big deal and as hard as they are working for you, $4 is nothing. We tipped higher than that.

The food is good. The service is mediocre. The male server always has an attitude and seems bothered when you ask questions. Also, he hovers a lot. I had to ask him if he wanted us to leave. Awkward! I do not recommend. I will take my $$ somewhere else in the future, where I feel welcomed.

This place has fallen off, the food that should be warm like the crab rangoon and dumpling were ice cold in the middleAnd the cold sushi was warm, like how do you even mess that up?Then they did charge me extra for not being able to eat the strangely temped food.Is it even safe to serve warm sushi, btw when I say warm I do NOT mean the tempura fried sushi, I am talking about the sushi like the rainbow roll.Service was okay though.Would NOT recommend.

Disclaimer, I've never been here before and only read recent reviews. Walked in and greeted by a gentleman. It was just my 1.5 yr dtr. He set us and I asked for a highchair. Immediately got my drink order but never explained the menu to me. I did ask if they had a kids menu; they do not. Order a miso soup, crab rangoon and two rolls. One cooked, no kids menu remember and a raw roll. The menu is hard to understand. No specific different on cooked rolls versus raw rolls. Miso soup came out extremely hot. Crag rangoon was oily and cold. My rolls are delivered and directly placed in front of my 1.5 yr old dtr. Hugh mistake by a server but maybe that's just my opinion. Pick through the fried roll with rice cream cheese and avocado for my dtr. Finally asked if they had a small order of fried rice, but no where on the menu does it show sides. The male server brings out the fried rice immediately as he can tell my dtr is upset. The two rolls I ordered were mediocre at best. The whole once echoes really loud and the exhaust fans must not be on in the kitchen because I left smelling gross. Ordered another miso soup and crag Rangoon, hoping for the second batch to be better. It was not. Still super oily and cold. Paid my bill, thank goodness they didn't charge for the fried rice side. As I was walking out, I couldn't help but notice the men behind the bar making the sushi. Why were dressed in plain clothing, not the normal uniforms worn. Made me feel uneasy on how sanitary it may have been if they were not wearing gloves; didn't seem to be and making the rolls. I can say for AYCE Sushi at $23.99, you'd think they would more selection to choose from and a better to read menu. I'll never be back.

10/10 some of the best sushi I’ve had in Indiana!! The service was great and the restaurant was cozy. Everything we ordered was made fresh and was all flavorful. Lunch price was $15 per person, well worth every penny!!

My experience at Watami Sushi was disappointing, with notably poor quality. It ranks among the worst sushi places I've ever visited. The cuts were subpar, and the sizing and portions left much to be desired. The fish to rice ratio was abysmal, falling short of even basic expectations. I've had better sushi from a grocery store. Save your time and money, and consider other options before choosing Watami.
