This is the Wendys by YMCA in Greenwood. The people were rude, food was dry and tasteless, and was treated as if we were bothering them. Will NOT return to this location.

AWFUL service, the person taking my order had a terrible attitude and was extremely rude. Not only that, but they were out of so many things in which ranged from soft drinks, to chicken sandwiches. When I got my food, I didn’t have part of what I had ordered which really topped the whole experience off. Awful service but undeniably delicious food.

The only drinks were diet coke and root beer, no chicken for their sandwiches, one sandwich had half a piece of lettuce and squirt of mayo, my bacon doublestack did not have bacon. I was asked to pull forward and three cars behind me ordered and got their food. I waited over 20 minutes for them to get my order wrong and they never gave me a receipt. The number for this location doesn't even dial. I want a refund.

I went indoors to get lunch because the drive thru was around the building but still waited 30 minutes to get my food. The drive thru was empty before she got my order ready.

For a "fast-food" restaurant, there is nothing fast food about this! Decided to try the $2 Dave's Burger deal, and ended up waiting about 45 minutes in the drive through. There were only 2 cars ahead of me at the time I pulled in the drive through, and took each car about 10 minutes to order, plus an additional 10-15 minutes after I ordered and paid to get my food. I'm not sure if they are understaffed or just slow. But definitely would not recommend if you are in a rush! On the somewhat bright side, the worker who took my order and payment was very pleasant, and the food was decent.

Always has slow service even without a full dining room. Employees are almost never there every time I've ordered from a Wendy's location. I've always gotten an order wrong.

The salads were all gone.The fries tasted like they were cooked in dirty oil and they were all broken up into pieces.I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, but they gave me a breaded one.It took forever to get our food, and it was terrible.Vegetarian options: NoneWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of parking.

Pull up to the speaker and let them know I have a mobile order. Worker then says ‘are you gonna pull up?’… first ? I proceed to pull up just for them to tell me they don’t have the cookies I ordered and they have a truck coming tomorrow ( why on earth would they allow me to order something they’re out of ???? ) I was then told I can cancel my order and go to another location. Just my luck I try to cancel and it won’t let me due to the order already being processed. I tell the worker who then says he’s gonna get his manager. I’m waiting… and waiting just to see the worker working on something else. I get his attention he then says again he’ll go get his manager. Manager comes tells me to pull forward. So I’m waiting… and waiting some more. Just for him to come out and say oh we do have cookies it’ll be 6 minutes to make… so y’all lied ?? at this point I’ve been here this long go ahead and make em. 6 minutes turned into 30 just to be given hockey pucks. Just straight trash. Don’t pump the breaks for this location. Keep it movin sweetie if you know what’s best for you ?

By far the worst Wendy’s in the area. Always an absurd wait and every single time without fail they mess up our order. Can’t even get the right sauce for nuggets even when I SPECIFICALLY tell them at the window and they acknowledge that they’ll put the sauce in the bag. Just awful service every single time.

I've now stopped at this Wendy's multiple times for breakfast on the way back from taking my kiddo to school. It was 7:40 today, they open at 6:30 and it let me place an online order for that location. But I get ignored at the drive though, each time. Once I give up and pull around there is staff inside, no note or anything saying drive through is closed. Dinning room is closed, why is my order not being taken? Poor service are also some how out of nuggets the last three of five times I've placed an order, why is it letting me order from there then if you are out. Never have had any of this happen at other locations. Go to a different Wendy's
