I ordered twice through DoorDash , specially called them to make fresh but she fried the old one again and it was so so hard to eat and didn’t follow the instructions for dressings . Both time it was disappointing experience

Sloppy and careless sandwich construction this visit, as well as rude workers. These things aside, the main reason I wanted to leave a review before I even got my food is because almost every time I come here, the dining area is closed, and for no good reason. It's a good thing there are other options around the area.

Found a brunette colored hair. Returned the sandwich to the Manager, who was extremely rude and unprofessional in responding to my request of either another sandwich or return my payment. He even had the audacity of pointing out his sandwich maker who was wearing an hijab. If corporate finds this do also note, the manager did not return my receipt for my tax write off as I am an independent contractor and don't appreciate the racist and rudeness I was shown by an wanna be hood "Manager!" #hsulife #keepintouch

I recently came here for lunch, and I was genuinely impressed. I haven't had Wendys in a couple of years because all the locations around the Castleton/Fishers area have had very poor service and management. I came into the drive through and saw the manager actively motivate, encourage and guide the team to providing service at a great pace. Objectively the best Wendy's in my area.

I went through the drive thru for original flavor chicken nuggets. I made the mistake of driving off without checking my order. When I got home I discovered I was given the spicy nuggets which my 104 y/o mother did not care for at all.

Honestly I don't know how this place is in business. They have trash service, they have people who have zero idea about working, keeping flow in a restaurant or fast food place. They make you wait 15 minutes to even take your order and 20 to get your food. The place is nasty and not taken care of either.
