This is the worst Wendy's In the United States of America. I know because I frequent many Wendy's locations. The food is abysmal and the service no better. I have only been to this location three times and each and every time there was hair in my food. Simply stunning. I will never go back to this location for a delicious Junior Bacon Cheeseburger.
Ordered a meal with Coke Zero via drive through . After paying I was handed a drink and informed that it was a Diet Coke because they don’t have Coke Zero,,, not the end of the world ,, however why couldn’t they say that over the intercom when they confirmed my order?,,,, got my food and went home to find that every item in my order was incorrect except for the fries??,,, well probably because they only have one option of fries . Around 8:20 am on April 20 I ordered 2 maple bacon chicken biscuits. I am not sure what chicken they used but it was not what I ordered. And of course they did not give me a receipt.The receipt thing is common with a lot of Wendy's. WHY won't you give receipts?! I know the team is new but when I get one crunchy chicken and one tender chicken and neither are what I ordered isn't right.
