I asked for a number 1, which comes with four sandwiches, fries and drink. We asked for an additional two sacks of fries. She gave us two sacks of fries and the 4 sandwiches. We asked where were the smaller fries and she stated she added our sacks of fries to the combo. We tried to explain that we were only missing the smaller fries. She just could not understand and said she put the sack of fries with the number 1. I can't make this up. We asked for the manager and she was getting ready to charge us for the small fries that comes with the number 1 meal. The girl said she added the sacks of fries to our #1 meal. How you gonna give us what you want us to have. We just asked for our money back .I tried to explain that we only wanted the two sacks of fries for me and my wife and the combo meal was for our grandson!! It shouldn't have been so hard to give us what we asked for and not for what she wanted to give us. Why would we pay for fries that should have came with combo meal? The lady at the front counter was a older black lady she was very rude from the moment I walked in she tried to tell me my order wasn’t paid for “it was a DoorDash” as well as airing her frustration about me using door dash and she even yelled at me for ordering a half gallon tea because “they don’t have it” well that’s not my problem and on top of telling and arguing with a calm customer she forgot my zesty sauce horrible experience I’ll stick to the Taco Bell down the rd
