if the photo doesn't speak for itself, there's the tiniest amount of cheese and a mess of sauce. i literally poked around the top, all of that mess is sauce. i even tipped, yet i received this. crazy.

First off, I don't know what happened to this Pizza Hut. It used to be the best one in town. But for some reason, it has turned into a major shit hole. Me and my mother were traveling back home from visiting some family for the holiday and decided that since we don't have one back home, we would stop and eat here. We should have went elsewhere. For starters, it was hard to find somewhere that was actually open because it was Memorial Day. I get it, it's a holiday and most businesses are not open. But when we called to ask if they were open, the ONLY lady that was working decided that it was a great idea to give me an attitude stating that they "were open 7 days a week". Ok no big deal, don't be rude about it. We went inside and you could swear that the place was closed. Barely any lighting in the lobby and had to wait 5 minutes for the lady to come up to the register. The overall vibe was just off from the start. My mom asked the lady if we could dine in, which she snapped back with "Uuhhhh, ya??." We ordered 2 personal pan pizzas, an order of cheese sticks to split and when we looked around for a soda dispenser asking if we could get drinks, she said that all they had was the bottled soda. Whatever. I paid for our food and my mom went to sit down. I stood there and waited, then had to ask if we could have our drinks. She rolled her eyes and snatched them out of the cooler behind her. Said that it would be 25 minutes before we could get our food. We should have just left, but again, we were hungry and I already paid, so we waited and waited.It was 3pm and there was no one in the restaurant, it should not take 25 minutes for 2 personal pizzas and 1 order of cheese sticks. And even though my mom and I were the only customers in there, we still couldn't have a decent conversation because the lady thought that it was a BRILLIANT IDEA to bring her KIDS to work with her. They were running around the restaurant acting like a bunch of idiots! Never again! Oh and in case anyone wants to know, the lady's name is Crystal.

pizza hut, all of them lately, do not give 2 poops about what they send out. especially pan pizzas. they send any kind of dough not necessarily the pan dough. the one today was a weird shaped hand tossed with really thick side crust and really thin middle 2 piece of pizza had card board showing through the middle of the pieces .. and they sent it lol STOP WASTING MONEY ON PLACES THAT DON'T CARE! Greeks is becoming my new favorite place. they take pride in their pizzas!

Pizza Hut can improve their selves by serving Fountain drinks again in the restaurant instead of giving the customers bottled Drinks. people want Fountain drinks when eating in not bottled drinks.

Ordered for pick up. Dinner box. When I arrived they said my order wasn't ready. I waited over 30 minutes. When I received my order it was cold, the bread sticks weren't cut and they didn't include the marinara for the breadsticks and charged me for cheese sauce. I am extremely dissapointed. I will not order again....
I should have looked at them both before I left!! These pizzas where burned up! I ordered thin n crispy and got the sound like I was eating a potato chip dried n crunchy! Waited on bench said yours aren't ready yet. They where past ready dryer up, I don't know what was I was waiting on they had to been sitting and no cheese because you burned it up! Last time I got same thing about 2 weeks ago they where perfect! Called on the 30 talked to Heather she was very nice and didn't ask for money just wanted them to know and she gave me 20.00 credit, Thank You so much. I hope it's better next time.

I Do Not recommend this location because 2x they had delivery problems through DoorDash ( DOORDASH SUCKS) and this time they did not even get the order delivered to us but still charged my card. I WANT MY MONEY BACK...PIZZA HUT THIEFS!!!!suck my crusty A$$ crack

I ordered from this location last night, a pepperoni personal pan pizza & boneless wings. Got home, the pizza had Italian sausage on it & the wings were bone in.. I called again today to place another order, pulled up to the store, had the girl working outside smoking & then came inside and took my money. Waited 25 minutes to get my food, and the guy behind me came up to my car & asked me what I had ordered. I told him just pizza & wings, that's it. So when I actually got my food and came home, the pizza had everything on it & the wings were cold.. so then I call the store, & she doesn't wanna do anything about it, & turns around and hangs up the phone on me.. is that how you treat your customers? I see you smoking & then you wanna be as rude as you can even after messing up the food? Twice in 2 days?? Terrible. Never ordering from this location ever again, & hopefully corporate can fix the mistakes this location has made. I can't even imagine other people to actually order at this location. I feel bad for all of them... SAD!!!
