Terrible customer service, Flys everywhere, covers not covering vegetables, lastly the employees were nowhere to be found. My husband went inside waited for roughly 10min very patiently he knocked on the counter to get the attention of someone working yet nobody came so we pulled up to the drive thru we get to the speaker we we greeted as one would expect with a "hi welcome to subway" the worst thing was being told "I'll be with you in a moment" my husband then told whoever it was working that they gave us a terrible experience and we will NEVER be going back, as well as leaving this review to let any and all who go here to be aware of what to expect upon walking in. You guys seriously need to do better.

The bread wasn't fresh and the the food was over priced even with a coupon! Spent nearly $20 for a buy one sub get one free & a large soda. Not Worth It!!! For now on I'd rather drive some distance just to go to Firehouse Subs!

This place never seems to amaze me. The lady that works here is so disrespectful. You can’t understand a word she says and she always talks to herself like she’s praising the devil. Anyone reading this the other two subways here in Jasper are cheaper. Do Not Eat Here!

I had to repeat myself several times times because the person working did not understand English. He had grabbed his phone out of his pocket while making my sandwiches. I told him the 1st thing he needs to do is change his gloves. He said he did not touch the money. I said no but you touched your phone that was in your pocket. I had tried going through the drive-thru but nobody ever answered it. When I went in, both people working had their headsets around their necks. This is no way to run a business.
The lady was very rude. We waited a long time to get our order. And she wouldn't pay attention to us when we would talk to her.Parking: Very difficult to get in and out of the location

This lady talks to herself so much she can't take an order right. I watched 3 people try to get their sandwiches, then try to get them corrected and she was so busy talking to herself she couldn't hear all the information to make the sandwiches. I asked for no mayo and still got mayo. I didn't even try to address it because I had already seen her mess up corrections. The sandwhich was still good, so 2 stars. Lady is crazy, though.

20 minutes wait in drive thru. Women running the pace was slower than molasses. And she was talking either to herself or someone on the phone the whole time. I must say this one and the Walmart one appear to same owners try the Y one, they appear to care.

Absolutely most horrible sloppy sandwich!!! Just picking it up and 2/3 of it just fell out! The lady started putting on toppings without asking what we wanted, didn't put the ones on we asked and the closed it before we were done. $8?????? For this??? I had to drive all the way back in on top of it all!!! So, thank you, Subway, for a horrible experience! I was so disappointed that I lost my appetite. I just want a refund and not go back
