the worse service, I've given this restaurant several opportunities to redeem themselves and am always dissatisfied after leaving. the service is terrible. the wait is always extremely long!

The service is slow and terrible every time I go in there. Take out or eat in. Slower than molasses in February. Sub par to other subways for sure.

I ordered an online order and when I arrived to pick it up they said they did not have an order. I showed the girl my phone with the receipt that had my order and payment method on it. She called her supervisor and the supervisor said since there was no order on their end there was nothing they could do. So I have now paid for food that I did not receive and I have no way to cancel the order. Very disappointing.

The one on Newton St. Sux!!! I don't think the hardly spoke English, nor did she try. No pleasantries, nothing. All I wanted was a large Sprite which was almost 3 bucks. I was the only one there and they took their sweet time. It was a hot day and I just wanted a cold refreshing drink. When I got it, it was flat and warm. I debated how much of a stink I wanted to make. It wasn't worth it. I just drove over to their dumpster and tossed it. If they can't do that right the rest can't be good either. It used to be an ok place to go.

Came in for lunch. Today is a Saturday and I had the most terrible service. Now, I don't blame the young lady who was waiting on us; I blame the manager sitting on their rear, in the back, while this poor girl was struggling to make all the sandwiches and take money. You want people to walk out, cuz that's how you get them to walk out. So disappointed in the lack of leadership.

Rude costumer serviceSeems like they only want your money but won't even give napkins. Seems like it's better making our own food at home than being in front of rude people. Subway itself wasn't even that good either.(I hardly ever give reviews but this I had to.)

My 5 year old cousin can put a sandwich together better and why is it everytime I eat at these subways it's almost like I get food poisoning. Must just be me.

The worse Subway I ever been. I got 2 footings and a 6 inch. Took them home and had so much lettuce on the sandwiches that I had to remake the sandwiches so my family would be able to be picked them up just to be able to eat them. Very very sloppy work.

If i could give zero stars i would! The gentleman in there working is rude! I just went to go get a sandwich asked if he could heat my meat first and then toast it, he rolled his eyes and i let it slide. Then after him touching everything computer, the walls, countertop ect i asked if he would kindly change his gloves. He then got aggravated and gave me a dirty look! If i was able to jump over the counter and slap him to sleep i would of. Very rude and disrespectful also looked like he hasn’t showered in over a month! What kind of people do you hire subway?!?
