Workers here deserve a raise, food is hit or miss sometimes but I blame that on the corporation that doesn't train it's staff properly but most of the time it's right and quick. The people are always friends even when there's only 2 of them there. My only real issue is I wish they'd stop raising prices but that's on the owner not the staff

Had several employees missing which made everyone's orders take extremely long. However the employees that were there were amazing at taking care of the customers. Owner needs to get it together and hire employees that will show up and reward the ones doing a great

This is the very first time that I had gone to Taco Bell after it was Remodeld because, for one, I don't go to this side of town very often, but I was craving some of the stuff on their menu, so I decided to go inside and get something to eat. I stood in front of the place for about five minutes before a lady up in front told me to use the screen up in front since I don't think that they take front orders anymore; I don't know if I liked that because for one that means I have to do all the work, but I won't be one of those angry older people who complain about literally every single thing. I had chosen what I wanted to eat, and while waiting, I decided to use the restroom with a considerable upgrade. I loved the lobby of the bundling because it looked so much nicer than it used to be when I was here. Soon after, my food was called out, and I grabbed it and ate it in the car. I loved the soft shell taco since I didn't eat Hardshell tacos because they crumbled and ate, which was pretty good.

Ordered something with delivery my Crunchwrap was supposed to just have steak substituted for the beef but instead it had beef,jalapeños, and jalapeño sauce on it with no steak in sight. My beefy five layer was supposed to have no beans and have steak and creamy jalapeño sauce. It had neither steak nor jalapeño sauce. And was full of beans. I used to work here and I remember our food being held to a much higher standard. Honestly dissapointing to see this happen

I love taco bell.... but the new taco pizza... the new one with the jalapeños was terrible... it was so so soggy... and had about 3 jalapeños on it.. going to stick with the regular one for now on.. worst I have had from there in awhile..
