I enjoy 7-brew coffee. There is such an amazing variety of sugar free drinks there with the best flavors. Sadly, this particular location lacks consistency when it comes to the way they make their drinks. I used my rewards today to purchase a large, sweet and salty. The coffee tasted burnt, and it did not have salted caramel or white chocolate flavoring. This happens so often that I have to check my drinks before I pull off. I was in a rush, so I decided not to check it pulled off took a sip and realized it was made incorrectly. My coffee tasted burnt and I couldn't taste the flavoring so I had to go back for a remake. My remake came out worse than the original drink. Having to return multiple times for remakes reduces the quality of the experience since seven brew is all about being quick. In light of the fact that this happens 50% of the time, I won't be returning to this location. It will be worth the 15 minute drive to Clarksville just to have my coffee consistently made right.

This location is so much better than the Louisville Middletown location! They actually fill up the large coffee and don't charge a dollar to fill it up. I come to this Seven Brews everyday! Ian recommended the midnight rain water and I truly believe the lemon concentrate on it is helping me to lose weight! These are the nicest people! The prices and choices are way better than Starbucks, give them a try.

The team vibe only led to the creation of the ultimate customer service experience! They have the best combo drinks ( iced green tea with strawberries and coconut milk ) available - suggested by very knowledgeable team members. ? Add a couple of better, less preserved munches and this place beats the competition hands down!Vegetarian options: Non dairy available and no extra charge!

I visit this location twice a day and I don't have a single complaint about 7Brew or the 7Brew crew. Everyone is super friendly and I love how fast you get your coffee versus the competing companies like Starbucks or Dunkin. The music, the employees and the 6 star coffee are a must try for anyone who's never been to a 7Brew before.

I’ve been to drive through at the 10th street location in Jeffersonville. The first time was several weeks ago. My wife and I both ordered a cold brew with sugar free white chocolate mocha. It was excellent. We went back a couple weeks later order the same thing and they were terrible— extremely bitter, watery, and revolting. Two weeks ago we went to the 7 Brew on Veteran’s Parkway. We order the same thing. They asked if we wanted it milk based. We said yes and it was great. Today February 3rd at about 4:30pm we went to the 10 street store drive in and ordered the same thing. Again it was awful. We have wasted over $20 dollars on the terrible cold brew there. Who would order such a drink? That’s it for us, it’s back to Starbucks for us.
