I waited on the curb for an HOUR, went back in cause they gave me someone else's meal and another person was in there for the same thing, 1+ hour wait for 5 chicken tenders is just bonkers. Never again.
I visit this restaurant very frequently. Typically, the service and food are spot on, quick and friendly. The ordering attendant today was unattentive and rude. I will take an extra few miles to the next Arby's location from now on.
