DO NOT USE ONLINE ORDERING. I place an online order, due to signing up for rewards and getting 50% off, as I walk through the door to ensure I get a fresh order. I'm the only person in the lobby and a couple cars in drive thru. I wait 25min while they serve 3 different orders that walked in and ordered in person and 10+ cars through drive thru. When I ask what's going on the person behind the counter tells me online orders are last. So I have to wait almost 30min for fast food even though 3 in person orders and 10 drive thru orders came in after me? Poor service won't be back

Atmosphere the lobby was cleanService he rang up our order didn't ask how we wanted it, didn't ask about fries nothing his customer skills sucks, he got 3 orders out that came in after us had to go up and ask about our food, he forgot fries cold Upset about this visit usually have no issues also the regular crew not in today thinking we are going to go to another location for awhile

The assistant manager was so hateful wouldn't go back there if they gave be free food for a year they got my sandwich wrong and when I took it up there to be redone I ask girl if she would put are 2 small fries back to keep them warm she said keep them I will bring u out 2 fresh ones when your sandwich comes out well the assistant manager brought the sandwich out and didn't bring the 2 fries so my 65 year old mom who was having heart surgery in 2 days went and ask the girl for the 2 fries he heard her ask for them he got hateful and said now what's a matter with them she explained they were cold while waiting on sandwich to be re made well the drive thru was back up and a couple people inside waiting to give their order he stopped waiting on customers and walk over to are table snatched up both 2 small fries that cost 1 dollar each and took them to the trash can like somebody stole something so do you want to give your business to a place like that he didn't care we waited half are to get are order taken and there was other waiting on their order to be taken all the other customers still waiting on their food he had to grab them 2 cold fries that he only filled half fullhe's the skinny assistant manager
Tvs could have some volume or turn on captions. Accepted old coupon no problem saving me $$ and they served up food fast, sandwich made to order. Great spot for

The service really depends on the day and what time of the day you go. I've had pleasant visits here, very respectful employees, food is hot and fresh even though they ask you to pull forward and wait (which I'd rather do than get cold/ old/ sitting out too long food!) and other times, I've had experiences that have been less than subpar, where the employees are rude and disrespectful, they rush you ordering and like you're an inconvenience. But, overall, I would recommend it!Parking: There is literally nobody ever here or maybe one car on a good day. Im not sure about rush times because I choose not to go there then, but normally, there's always plenty of parking.
