I left a review a few months ago. The GM Joe thanked me for leaving the review my next visit. He remembered it was me because I had voiced the same compliments I gave in my review. That's what you call over and beyond customer service. He always makes me feel like I'm his favorite customer.I got the ghost pepper sandwich tonight. WOW!!!! IT IS AMAZING! There is bacon in every bite very large burger that's reaches edges of bread . Plenty of cheese and queso and the orange bread is just fun!!! Also the chicken wraps are a must try and my son's fav. This location gets all the stars. You can tell the staff respects their manager as he leads by example. I like having a place I can go even if I have to wait a few min for a hot fresh and always accurate order. Thanks Joe and team. Setting the bar high in providing great service ??

Waited in taco bells line across the street for 20 mins before leaving to BK, BK had us in and out, was able to wait in line and look at the menu without feeling pressured, got good tasty food at a good price. Guy working the driver had great customer service skills. ?

I'll never eat here again. I received someone else's order on my way to work. I immediately called to tell them about it. Instead of asking for my money back, I told them they could just replace it. They wanted me to come back immediately and get the food. However, I was already about 2 or 3 mi away and pressed for time. The manager asked me what my name was I told her. She said that my name would be in the book. Today. I came back to get my order and the dining room was closed even though it was already almost 7:00 am I was told to walk around to the drive-thru window because my truck was too big for clearance. I walked to the drive-thru window in the rain for the manager to tell me that I didn't talk to her and that there was no name in the book and that there was nothing she could do about it because her general manager was on vacation. It made me feel lower than dirt. The morning shift manager wouldn't even tell me her name.
