Placed our order, we both got chicken tortilla soup. The soup was not up to temperature. We took our soup back to counter and asked if we could get some hot soup. The young lady sent it back and asked the "gentleman" in the back for 2 more due to the temp not being warm enough. The "gentleman" in the back seemed like it was a hassle and said to the young lady behind the counter, "I JUST sent 2 through the window"The young lady said, well, they weren't hot. We obviously got 2 new cups of soup, which were just right. My complaint is simply this, you have 3 gentleman working in the back preparing food for the consumer and 1 "gentleman" complaining about doing his job, correctly!!! If the soups not hot, just do your job and replace the soup with hot soup. Nobody twisted your arm to get this job, you obviously wanted or needed a job, so do it right and or don't let the customers hear you react like an adolescent!!!

It's a very nice restaurant very quaintly decorated makes you feel at home but the menu can't get a little confusing and they don't have really the pricing on some things like you would expect not only that they should add extra meat for the price that they're charging but other than that it is good food the grapes with the sweet sauce on them the cream and sugar and walnuts are awesome but again a little pricey but what restaurant isn't these days

First time here, will definitely not be the last. Just wish we had one closer. Then again, that might be dangerous. Potato soup was tasty. Service was good and the chicken salad was amazing!
I just have to say the sweet young lady named Cassidy was such a doll!!! We came in 15 minutes till closing and we've never been there before and she was just so sweet and so helpful! She left a little message on our takeout boxes and it was just so kind! We will definitely be back cause the food was delicious and the people there were awesome ?

I didn't like the pasta salad at all. The flavors of the seasoning didn't blend well together. The chicken salad wasn't bad. I didn't eat it with any bread like toast or croissant. The broccoli salad was so AMAZING! I can't wait to go back just for the broccoli salad. I have to figure out their recipe... Lol... Place is pricey in my opinion..

the food is always good. sometimes they forget things about my order but i never like to complain online about it. today in the drive thru at 3 pm exactly, Murphy took my order. i get to the window and i forgot to ask for mayo at the window so i ask after he hands me my card back. while i wait for that i noticed my mac and cheese wasn't in there. so after he rudely hands me my mayo without saying a word to me either after i asked or after giving it to me, i say that the mac n cheese isn't in the bag. he once again doesn't say a word, gives me a dirty look and walks away, comes back, again, without saying a word.. hands me my mac and cheese and i say thank you so much and he AGAIN doesn't say anything! i never like to complain, but he was wearing a manager uniform (i know because i used to work here) and treated me so rudely. just very impolite not speaking to his customers or thanking them or anything at all.
