Waited 20 minutes for hot stale fries and a soggy burger.....some one needs to learn how to manage. I was the only car in line. Will not be back and I suggest you all stay away from this location.

I wouldn't trust them with a custom cake order if you were wanting one. They couldn't find my order, even with my confirmation. They didn't have my cake and I had to get a totally different cake. A call would have been nice if their truck wasn't going to make it since I ordered the cake as directed on the website. I would just make the little bit of a drive down 10th Street to visit the other DQ.

Not sure what the disconnect is with this dairy Queen and for that matter any of them I've ever visited specifically for your drive-thru customers why would you hand them a shake or a malt with sticky shake goo running off the sides most people don't want that sticky stuff dripping all over themselves and their car. I'd bet money if I walk back in to your dining room and slung this sticky stuff all over your tables and chairs and windows you wouldn't like it very much I definitely don't like it

Worst DQ! I placed a mobile order at 1:33 didn’t get my food till almost 40 minutes later, they gave me my ice creams first which ended up melting, food was cold and the order was in correct. They didn’t have no lettuce or honey mustard, also which no one told, I just over heard the workers talking. Spent too much money for all the food just to go to waste, should have got a refund but who knows how long that would have taken

I placed an Moblie order tonight and the food was expected to be done at 9:23pm according to the app. The drive through had 6 cars and we waited 20 minutes the car line didn’t move at all. So, I decided to walk in and pick up the order. I stood waiting for someone to acknowledge me for 10 minutes and during that time I seen a darker skinned woman walking around the cooking area on her cellular phone. When the young man finally acknowledged me and I told him my order name it still took 20 more minutes. Then as my husband was driving us home I noticed the order wasn’t right. We drove back just for them to tell me that they were out of the missing item and had nothing I asked for to make the order right. I shove the food across the counter told them I expected a refund and walked out.

This place is so slow! I’ve been waiting for 20 mins already and there are 3 cars still behind me. This is ridiculous. Several cars have driven away due to it being so slow! I get that they are probably understaffed but something needs to be done. Terrible!

The biscuit&sausage gravy meal was missing the sausage. It had none. Also, it didn't have the hashbrown that it's suppose to come with. Then the sausage breakfast bowl was only a torn biscuit, sausage, cheese and gravy. Where was everything that was supposed to come in the breakfast bowl? Where's the sausage for my sausage gravy meal as well as the hashbrown? Terrible experience. I had order 2 of each. Both were the exact same...smh.
