Went with my daughter to celebrate a special occasion. We both enjoyed ourselves. Theresa was our server. She exceeded our expectations. Her hospitality and attentiveness was on point. The food was delicious. Will definitely go back. Highly recommend going.

Very slow service. Don't like waiting for more than 30 minutes for a sandwich (closer to 50 minutes). Wait staff were very pleasant but wanted to get back to business quicker.

Easily the worse experience I’ve ever had at Drakes. I ordered a sales with chicken - the sales came out without the chicken because “well the chicken is $6 and I didn’t know if you still wanted it” (that’s what the server told me). The our mini burgers came out - but with chicken instead of burgers and with burned buns. We sent them back. Our new burgers came out and the buns were still burned. The “manager” (blue shirt) told us “well, that happens sometimes” and walked off. I never got my chicken, either.If the managers were actually laying attention the floor instead of in the back cleaning and doing closing duties, things like this might be eliminated. This is NOT the drakes experience I was used to or taught when I worked for drakes years ago…but apparently you this is acceptable now…

40* outside , doors windows wide open. Oblivious of customer comfort, waiter had no personality or customer service skills, manager looked as though he just crawled out of bed and had bad night with alcohol.Food was good but couldn’t eat it fast enough to eat it hot. Mngr circled the interior of the establishment 12 times as though he was disoriented. First and last time for us. East end Louisville Ky location 100% the opposite of this one.

The staff is great. Drinks wonderful and the sushi was a huge surprise. I had the Crab Rangoon Roll - omg. Quite possibly the best sushi I've ever eaten!
Love getting sushi here. The crab rangoon roll is a favorite. Lots of beer selections. A crazy variety of food choices.

Worst place to watch a basketball game in March. Apparently they only turn around on for games during championship games unlike any other drake's location. When asked to turn on closed caption, this request was denied. service is notoriously slow, but adding no sounds to games, very disappointing, apps came out
