Nastiest donuts Ive ever had in my life. Hadn't had it for years decided to try and the donuts were hard, crunchy and gross!!! Never again!!!

This is the best Dunkin Donuts I have even been too! Not just only my coffee is delicious, all the employees at DD are amazing! People should definitely try DD on 10th Jeff! If they really love there morning coffee to be pleased!❤️

I dont usually do this but this is my 2nd time here with awful service they made 2 frozen hot chocolates and didn't mix it well because one was brown and one was white with no taste got remain and still they just swirled chocolate syrup on

This is a very hard location to navigate in and decipher the drive thru and where to go exactly. The few times I've been to this location when ordering the greeter isn't easily understood as I've not received an actual greeting. The free coffee day was a complete disaster from confusion due to being able to order this, but not that, with this addition but not that one, and asking for help was absolutely THE biggest inconvenience.
Waiting over 10 minutes for my order here. Music blaring so loud it seems more like a nightclub whole place smelled like weed when I walked

Outstanding customer service goes to this place! We ordered 8 pumpkin drinks and donuts off the menu. They didn't have the ingredients to make the pumpkin chai latte, so the manager went to a different store to get the stuff they needed to make the drink. Shoutout to this store and the coworkers best customer service we've got!

Will not be back. Every time I go (and even show pictures), my order is never right. You can order the same thing and get something different every time. When brought to the attention of the workers, they argue. Bless it. They don’t even know the difference in cold foam and whipped topping.
