“Great little establishment. The people are always friendly. I'd eat here every day if I could. They are only 4 minutes drive from us. They are usually pretty busy and even then, they push food out in roughly 10-15 minutes. It's worth the wait!“
“We drove up to the food truck and went to the window. We were cheerfully greeted and placed our orders after having looked at the menu. The food was quite flavor for and fairly good portion. However, the prices were the same as a full service restaurant with a limited menu. I believe that food truck prices should be 20 to 30% less.“

“We had Red Top Hotdogs food truck cater our fall wedding at an outdoor venue and we were blown away! Telling guests that they are eating hot dogs did not do their experience justice! We got rave reviews from our guests, many of which, had multiple hot dogs given the diversity of the menu. While non-traditional, it was a total hit from the average wedding food, and absolutely made the day super unique. The service from Ryan start to finish was seamless! He was responsive, collaborative, and super easy to work with. Also, don't sleep on his bread pudding! No one even noticed we didn't have cake! I can't say enough good things about this vendor, book them!“

They created a cocktail just for our event at a past dinner. Everyone there is so easy to work with. “Our favorite food truck in Louisville! The truck itself is very clean, the owner and his wife are truly wonderful people and the food is incredible! We've pretty much tried everything on the menu and we keep coming back. The chicken is super flavorful, I personally love the chicken supreme tacos. My husband usually gets the steak tacos or steak quesadilla. We always get a few Birria tacos to eat in the car before we head home to finish our feast :). “This donut shop is the best around. Happened to stop in on a whim and so happy we did! The donuts we got were perfectly made and tasted delicious. The woman working behind the counter was friendly and so kind to my sons. Another woman working there was funny and made us feel welcomed. We saw them make a hot chocolate for another customer and you can tell they love what they do. I’m tempted to return everyday for the rest of our trip! Can’t recommend this shop enough!“
“So finding Taqueria La Güera was meant to be. I vividly remember find this taco spot late at night and it was one of their first days open. It was my birthday and I had to work late, the main taco truck I used to frequent wasn’t there for the night, I tried 2 more back up spots and sadly they weren’t there. I had given up almost all hope when on my way back home resigned that for my birthday I wouldn’t get any carne asada tacos which I was craving. I decided to take a different route since I had previously noticed that the stand had changed at this location. I drove by and saw light on, I made a U-turn and pulled into the parking lot. And from that moment on…after tasting the delicious Carne Asada, fresh avocado, crisp onions La Güera has become by go to spot, I visit 1-2 times a week now. I’ve had everything from the tacos, quesadillas, burritos, empanadas and even the hot dog (which surprisingly hits the spot too). There are times when I’ve eaten dinner and my wife didn’t and she will send me out to get chicken tacos. Absolutely the best in town, and I will keep coming back as long as they are open!“
“My first visit to Mambo was just two nights ago I live very close and decided to give another small business a chance. I love to spend my money with small business it's just the way it should be. So first let's talk about the customer experience when I got there they were just opening and I was a little bit early didn't realize it so I walked up they let me place an order, which was pretty nice to begin with because they wasn't actually open yet. The gentleman who took my order politely said it will be 15 minutes and I will have your food ready then I realized they were really wasn't even open yet so I said certainly I ordered steak burritos and two tacos.Now Amigos and Amigoettes let's chat about the food I can honestly say that I am a Mexican food junkie as in I could honestly eat Mexican food 4 days a week!! Seriously I live very close to this place so I want to pay for the food and I left to go home and eat. The first thing I opened was the tacos I observed two tacos that were perfectly prepared with all of the delicious toppings that were on this taco the steak was so tender that it was amazing and along with the tenderness the flavor was something that was truly authentic Mexican to the Core. Oh yes my friends I do know Mexican food and when I say authentic well I really mean authentic! Now I must talk about the steak burrito it was 3rd in line I opened up the container and there it was right before my very eyes a very large steak burrito now it was cut in half at an angle and it weighed I guess around 3 lb LOL. It wasn't 3 lb but it was a very very large burrito and the flavors that were inside this burrito was magical as in Mexicano magical!! Now if you really enjoy Mexican food this little food trailer is located close to Shepherdsville Road and the Outer Loop yourself a big favor!! Go try Mambo you will be very glad that you did hats off to the lady and gentlemen that we're working inside this place called Mambo cuz I just want to let him know they got a new regular customer excellent food!!!“
“Food was fresh and cooked in front. Got my food in 10 mins. Shawarma rice was cooked perfectly but the meat tasted a little flat. I asked for hot sauce but it was a sour sauce which made the entire dish sour. The amount was good. Service was satisfactory. I will give it another try without hot sauce next time. They have outdoor seating options.Parking: You can park next to the food truck.“
“These tacos are delicious. I've had the chicken tacos on a couple of different occasions, and they are definitely a win. The only downside is they are rather expensive for a taco truck, but if I keep going back, it must be worth it! It's definitely worth a try to those who enjoy.“

“Stayed at the Moxy and decided to try the tacos here. I actually ordered the chicken nachos. They were very good. I ordered a side of the cilantro lime rice and shockingly it has no flavor to it at all. However the nachos were very flavorful. Staff was super friendly and the food came out fast! “My husband, and I live down the road from El Chato Taco Truck. We've been meaning to stop by and try it. Definitely the best place to get authentic real tacos. My husband got the California Burrito, and I got the Steak Tacos. We enjoyed every bit of our food. We will definitely be coming back.“
