One lady who worked there seemed to care. The other 2 didn't seem to care if I ever got my food. The entrance smells like a dirty bathroom when you walk in. I will never go there again.

I visited the drive-thru around 12:15pm which is lunch time. No one was in line. I should have taken note and turned around....I ordered a Cheeseburger Combo. Which includes a small fry and small drink. They were out of small cups, so my option was to upcharge to a medium combo.Cold cheeseburger, stale bun and the fries were double dipped in old grease. Unable to eat it.... it tasted horrible. I didn't have time to go back to demand a refund. I will not return and I will make a complaint to Corporate office.

I stopped in to get a hot ham n cheese. I also needed to use the ladies' room. The manager said I had to order something to be able to use the restroom. I ordered my meal, but the manager never unlocked the door. The couple in the outside lobby was using the men's restroom. So they let me use the restroom and made sure no man came in on me.

My burger was great but not what I ordered. Staff disney acknowledge you until they are finished with all orders in drive thru. No greeting, nothing. Waited 20 minutes for burger fries and drink in fast food restaurant. They needed to step up the customer service

Store number 1500985 on West Court Avenue in Jeffersonville, IN 47130 ... my order # was 364144 and it says my cashier was Casey not sure if that's male or female but the womN that took my payment was only there for a moment. A man took my order. The food was great. That being said, the service was EXTREMELY slow... well over 20 minutes due to having to wait in line to place the order 1st. Several cars likely left for this reason. I have to say the 1 person that took my order and got my food together along with the other 3 people seem to be the only one working in the front line for walk-in's as well as drive through, bagging and delivering the orders to people waiting ahead that had already paid.... I assume there was a cook & I saw two other ladies once but they didn't seem to be helping him. I sincerely hope you all are paying this gentleman 2-3 times what you pay anyone else there... besides maybe the cook. He deserves it. No one should have to work that hard without very good compensation.

Terrible service. Took forever to get a cheeseburger. One customer got her money back and left after waiting forever for chocolate shake. I like Hardee's, but don't plan to back to this one.

First time ever to a Hardee's. First, they had no hash browns. Then, they had me pull forward and sit there for 10 minutes to wait for just a sausage biscuit. I didn't have a big order. My order was a milk and a sausage biscuit. That's it. 20 min drive thru experience for sub par sandwich with no hash browns. Awesome way to start a quick Friday morning. It was also 9 am so not right when they opened. Crazy garbage service. Franchisee should be fined. Terrible
