I got the Buffalo chicken sandwich and the meat tasted like plastic. I ordered online and when I arrived my food wasn't ready yet. Therefore my food should have been hot but fries tasted like thet were left over from night before, cold and hard. The chicken breading and bun and sauce was good, thought it was going to be a good sandwich, until I bit into the meat. Terrible. Worst chicken sandwich ever. Wendy's chicken sandwich is better than this, and cheaper and will come hot fresh fries.

This location has slowly deteriorated for the last 20 years. This used to he THE PLACE for great food, great service, and lots of sports on TV. The best way I can describe it now is a hell hole. The service we got last night was our breaking point. Our server was 100% uninterested in us being there, period. So much that if felt compelled to speak to the manager. While he was very nice and understanding, it's doubtful that we will be back. We are very easy to please, as I have worked as a server in food service for many years when I was younger.

Ok, I swear I tried to give this place more than one chance to get more stars. The last two times I've been, it was empty. That being said, we were sitting for a good 10-15 minutes without being approached. Drinks have never been brought out correctly. Either someone never gets their beverage or someone gets the wrong thing. But we felt like we couldn't say anything because they dont come to the table often. People would order 2 beers at a time because we never knew when they would come back to check on us. The food is expensive for what you get. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Salad, and it was almost $14 dollars. I received the garden salad instead of the salad I ordered, and it had the equivalent of 2 boneless wings cut up on top. For $14 dollars! I wasn't the only one who got the wrong thing. One table got their fries and had time to eat them before their wings came out. I want to remind you I have been there a few times, and all this has happened every time in some way.

Was at jeffersonville store during the Louisville farm show. It was very clear they did not want the extra buisness! Right away they tried to drive away buisness by announcing a hour wait on food when tables were not filled. Ok, I got time. Nope, 2 hr wait for cold food! Waitress was flawless, no gripes! Be a good place for a great wing restaurant!

Came to eat one of our favorite places, Hooters Jeff, on a Friday night at 9:45p. Restaurant had 3 tables with customers, otherwise empty. Noticed at least 4 waitresses plus cooks, manager on staff. We sat down and waited for service patiently. Approx 5-6 minutes after we sat down, a group of 6 people came in after us and sat at table right next to us. A waitress greeted them promptly, took their food order and served drinks to them. After a total of 20 minutes, a waitress came to our table and out came the excuses. I don’t have patience for rudeness and excuses. Not the first time it’s happened, and explains why restaurant was empty. Drove to Hooters Clarksville and was served promptly. Worst experience.
