Always a great experience food wise.. but I always leave instructions to “leave at door” cuz I have dogs that go NUTS when the bell is rang. Ordered 2x tonite and both times the bell was rung. Also… ordered xtra pickles both times and I didn’t get them ? Come on guys!

There is Jimmy Johns, then there’s Jimmy Johns off Gateway drive. Not only was the food great, but the service was friendly and the dining room and bathroom was spotless. Best ran Jimmy Johns that I have been to. 5/5 would recommend.

I am disgusted by how I’ve been treated by this location. They were delivering my food without even so much as a knock at the door and leaving my food out in the sun for it to get hot along with my drinks. This has happened on several occasions. I called about this issue three times. The first time I was told they would let their drivers know not to do this. The second time I called they said they would give me a credit in which they did.The driver came out today to deliver to me again and they knocked very aggressively on my door. She was mad because I called on her and even though she apologized, which did not come off as authentic mind you, she told me that she did not have time to hand every person their food and that if a customer wants their food handed to them it needs to be told in the app which is not true because I used to work at Jimmy Johns and we always hand the food unless the customer states it is a drop off only.I just spoke with this locations GM and was very upset for me all because I am upset with how I have been treated. The GM said I was “harassing” them even though I’m the one calling to report how I’ve been treated. I was told I would be banned from all Jimmy Johns.I will be contacting corporate but just be warned if you ever have any issues with this store that the GM is going to make them seem like they are the victim. This is not the way you ever treat your customers, ever and I am considering not taking my business there anymore after being their customer since this location opened.

Not to mention the sheer fact that most of the time they get your orders wrong such as adding items on the food that you said you didn't want or not even cutting the sandwich in half like you request. I absolutely do not recommend coming here especially with how astoundingly unprofessional they are and how accusatory they are towards their customers over issues you bring to their attention.

Overall experience this last time was truly unpleasant. Order was messed up, items. Cookies and chips that ordered was left out, cashier was somewhat rude. This was my first bad experience at this location and will be my last as I intend on not returning there as a customer.
