Food was delishious. We were the only ones there for lunch and service was extremely slow. Drinking water, no refills. Wanted to order carryout, said they closed everything down. But if had came to refill our empty water glasses, could have ordered carryout timely.

I have visited Kabuki twice now, the food is great. Love the yummy roll, crab rangoons, and hibachi chicken. However, the service sucks.. Both times it was 1 server (same server). The restaurant was not by any means overly busy but it took a while for the server to come over. She was not enthusiastic or welcoming. Also forgot 1 sushi rolls ordered out of 2. Check was dropped off immediately with no checking back for refills or to see how anything was. I really love this places food so my solution is to only do carry out... Great food with no hassle of lazy/ unsatisfactory service :)

Tried out this resturant today on a whim. We were on google and came across this place. I looked at the reviews of both locations but came to this one because of the newest good consistent reviews. We were seated immediately and within 3 minutes ordered and recieved our drinks. With it being our first time the waitress was very patient and not pushy. We ordered some gyoza for an appetizer and it was so flavorful and the sauce was very good as well. Only thing i could wish for was that there were 6 instead of 4 in the order. For our main dishes I got the crunch roll and the spicy garlic ramen with char sui pork. The sushi was the best sushi i have had in a long time. Last time i had good sushi was back home in Hawaii in 2017. The ramen was very delicious as well. The broth was flavorful. The noodles were cooked to perfection. Wish i had both if the eggs instead of one half but that was fine. Only thing i would have done was ask for an extra egg and extra broth. The other thing we ordered was the hibachi combination of chicken and steak with fried rice. The meat was so tender and flavorful. We were also pleased with the yum yum sauce that we ordered a container to go which was $5. The atmosphere was calm with simple decor. We will definitely be back.

Ordered through DoorDash usually have no issues with refunds. I canceled the order due to picking up another food order instead and now DoorDash won’t refund the full amount due to Kabuki preparing the food. I even canceled it almost immediately so now I lost 30$ for food I didn’t receive.

DO NOT order nigiri from this place. I ordered five items that should have been enough to feed two or three people. And got two small containers worth of food. They fail to mention that the nigiri is only two pieces. I spent $51 and feel absolutely cheated. The only redeeming quality is that the food is actually good.
