Our pizza was great as always; however, the service was lacking. I went in versus having delivered, the young man took my order, knew I was waiting for it and when pizza was done he placed on the rack versus giving it to me! As I wasn't sure whose pizza it was, I didn't say anything. Fifteen mins later the manager asked my name, saw it was mine and gave it to me. I won't go in again.

I ordered a pizza to be delivered to the house and paid $4.99 for delivery, with no contact specifications, just had to leave the pizza at the door ring the doorbell and stay away, the man who came rang the doorbell, he stood so near the door, when I opened we were face to face, and the only thing he said over and over again, put on this piece of paper how much are you going to give me as a tip and sign because you paid with a credit card, the whole focus was the tip He kept repeating the tip to which I responded, I paid $5 dls for delivery and I don't have change, it was very annoying for me, I think he didn't understand the distance even for a second. And the worst thing is that he arrived 20 minutes late.

First time ordering from here, ordered for delivery. It was not delivered and when I called the driver was rude. He said he knocked and left it on the porch. He went to the wrong street, said it’s not hes fault google maps messed up. It is your fault for not reading the street sign and just leaving it on a porch.

drove by and saw a new pizza place. rec’d coupon flyer in the mail. about same price or maybe high than competitors. went to store and ordered. Looked like eight employees in the kitchen although the process seemed real slow for preparing and baking products. I probably waited a good twenty minutes or so. I saw a male manager continuously tossing the raw pizza dough on his arms to form shape. that was a turn off. I asked another manager and he said that was Marcos way and arms are washed before tossing duties. I got the pizza and breadsticks home. We ate. Breadsticks are long and hollow and got cold quick. The pizza recipe was close to Dominos. I will stick to Dominos.

We always do pick up but it’s been so good. One slip up with a sandwich. Ordered a 12” got a 6”.. & they made me a whole new 12”! Recently opened but I feel they are on the ball already. Very good food all around too.

Wow! I've actually gave this store great reviews to other people. I always ordered from the New Albany store but since this one opened I've of course been a repeat customer. Well I ordered delivery around 10:30-10:40 online and got a confirmation from Marcos stating my delivery would arrive by 11:20pm well that came and went I call the store a gentleman answers proceeds to ask me when I placed the order I told him and he said oh it happens sometimes the orders don't come thru and I stated I got a confirmation from the store he then states there's nothing he can do I said so your going to bring or return my money back to my card tonight correct he said no 2-3 days I said that's unexceptable and that I wasn't going to accept that and he hung up the phone on me. Well Marcos of Jeffersonville you will not get another dollar of my money because the gentleman running that store tonight has no business doing that job after all I got confirmation from the store and then he tells me I won't get my $$ back for 2-3 days and hangs up on me is unbelievable. I didn't get my order why are you getting my money. Unbelievable. And truly disappointed but not surprised post COVID restaurants close and cut off orders and customers all the time. I wonder how long those restaurants will survive when customers get treated as poorly as I did tonight. I'll take my money elsewhere. And I've worked in restaurants so I know all about customer satisfaction but it wasn't on me it was on Marcos I got confirmation. You lost a loyal customer tonight.

Came to pick up a door dash. I arrived right at midnight, I watched the girl, in the black puffy jacket, take the food off the shelve, run it to the back then come tell me they're closed and she doesn't have the order.I get I got there literally seconds too late, but principle.. that girl ran the food to the back and left with it rather than doing the right thing.

Ordered online, menu is setup well, easy to navigate. Food was hot and love the crust on pizza and bread on calzone. Their specialty cheese pizza is excellent. Will order from here again.

I would give 0 if I could. The one in Jeffersonville is terrible. They get the order wrong EVERYTIME. I order boneless, I get bone in, I order spinach on half, it comes all over it, then no pizza sauce at all and no seasoned crust! 3 times and WILL NOT be back. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because it’s a new store. But every single time is 3 times too many. Management needs to get it together.

After growing up eating Marco's pizza I could not have been more excited to hear a location was coming! However, this location has delivered nothing but disappointment. From wrong orders to poor quality - this location doesn't deliver the Marco's pizza I've known and loved. I hope this location really gets it together!

The fact i LOVE Marcos the AGM today (12-28-23) will be the reason i NEVER order here or ANY location again!I ordered my pizza at 4:14, est delivery at 4:44, (i live literally 5 min away from here) its NOW 5:24, I've called the store twice and all i got was a "oh im out 1 driver and my only driver is delivering 3pizzas"(again i am FIVE MIN away) Not a sorry, not a discount, NOTHING else. He has the absolute WORST terrible customer service I've ever came across, I will make sure that friends & family NEVER order here, ever. Now I am cancelling my order at 5:25, ordering Papa Johns (that will be ON TIME) & won't be back here. Take my advice unless you want a COLD, OLD pizza thats expensive with the worst CS.

I want to start off by saying the food was good (after I picked off what I asked them not to put on it)We started by ordering online. The order was supposed to be ready at 4:51 PM. I walked in a paid for it at 4:52. The young man that helped me at the register was extremely nice. But that’s about where it stops. It is now 5:06 and a lady was picking up a “DoorDash” and was inquiring about your order. The young man that helped me at the register asked the gentleman making the pizza if they were working on her order. He (appeared to be the guy in charge) said that he didn’t know but that they were behind and he would get to it because he had two pages he was working on. They were short handed and we would understand and that it was Christmas. He’s just making assumptions about people’s situations and voicing them across the restaurant.Then a delivery driver walks in and they start talking about a text message that was sent and that he didn’t have a babysitter. The driver said I thought you knew that. The “manager” says no and that was five hours ago I wish you had told me because I would have tried to find someone else. I had to go over to the New Albany store too. And they just kept going back and forth talking about this situation. A conversation that shouldn’t be held in the middle of a kitchen where the 9 customers in the waiting area can hear it.Then I am given my order finally at 5:16. 25 minutes after the app said it would be ready. I’m about a mile down the road and I decide I am going to eat a piece of the cheese bread on the way home. Well I open the box that the cheese bread is supposed to be in and I find some type of meatball dish. I turn around and go back to the store and speak to a young lady who takes the meatball dish and gives me a cheese bread from someone else’s order. No apology at all for the inconvenience. We had also requested the marinara to be replaced with garlic butter but that didn’t happen either since it came from someone else’s order.I get home and open my Philly cheesesteak cauliflower crust pizza. And it had mushrooms on it that I asked to be removed.Overall the food tasted good but the service was absolutely terrible. Except the young man that helped me at the register initially. Please help them in the customer service department.

I was waiting for my order, the girl finishing up my order questioned the manager, Steven, about the pizza having bacon and bacon was not supposed to be on the Deluxe. Steven sarcastically responded that ‘I can guarantee you the customer is not going to complain about getting an extra topping on their pizza and not being charged for it. That’s an extra charge and they’re too cheap to pay for it.’ She brought it to the counter called my name, I confirmed that the pizza had bacon on it and explained my husband was allergic to bacon. He came to the counter told me he had made another pizza without bacon and continued to say there is pork sausage on the pizza and my husband is probably allergic to that also. I explained he wasn’t. He returned to his station and in a low voice but not low enough he told a co-worker, ‘she’s lying, he’s not allergic.’The whole time I was there the manager was very outspoken and speaking very sarcastically to one of the male employees at the pizza prep area. Telling him to go to the back and study something and not to come out until he knows what he’s doing. One of the girls working the front said he has her a nervous wreck the way he was talking.Steven needs a little more training on how to talk to employees, interact with customers and speak about the customer in such an open area. Everyone else I interacted with were very pleasant and polite.
