Came here for a quick bite to eat.. ordered and had added extra cheese sauce on the side and barely got a spoonful brought it up to the register and mentioned the issue and they claim that is the portion size for $1.75 that’s ridiculous I will not be back to this location again. The one in Clarksville treats there customers better and give more then a spoonful… worst location around

I had to wait 45 mins before I asked for a refund. This was after seeing what I thought was my order being Sat out and sitting there for 10 mins. They finally called my name after I got my refund and was walking out. At that point I had been in there for 50 mins and it had been sitting for 15 on the counter. I understand being short staffed but almost and hour for a cup of soup and a sandwich and a half is ridiculous. If they would have warned me I never would have ordered to begin with.

Honestly, from all that I hear of this place I don't know it hasn't gotten shut down yet. To toxic managers treating their employees like trash, managers not turning on the climate controls for customers; Speaking of which how is that one lady who had a heat stroke in there doing? The constant amount of toxic workplace environment, managers talking down to everyone that works there, the constant micro-managing, the high turnover rate, and many many other reasons why I honestly think Mcalisters needs a lawsuit. The money already isn't worth how they treat you. Now I come to find out that they've instrumented a two-minute restroom break policy, that includes for number two. The people who run this place should be ashamed. How can you be so vile. So unlikable. So hate filled to the brim. Absolutely garbage place to work. I spit on your ways, I spit on your attitude, I spit on you beast. Dishonor to you and your family and your business for letting things get this bad.

First visit.. 30 minutes after ordering, we had not received our food. When I asked an employee to check on it, all I got was attitude. When our food finally arrived, my soup was cold.. not even a little bit warm.Gave 'em another try. Food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, but it wasn't what we ordered. My wife got hers corrected quickly, but it took forever to get mine. My wife was almost done with hers by the time mine arrived. Mr. Attitude was still there, and still being rude to customers too.Never had such problems at the Veterans Parkway location.

While it is a little on the slow side sometimes, they food is consistent. The staff are always nice, and even suggest other items that are similar that we may like.
I enjoy macalisters. Either a salad or New Yorker sandwich with soup is a great lunch
