They say that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Well, call me insane, because I came to this place when I knew better. I have had lackluster service here before, but today was the worst!! Bad enough to make me do a 1-star review and wish I could give 0. This visit should have been a breeze. One car in lane 1, and lane 2 empty and waiting for my car to roll up and place my order. As I'm sitting there, the car in lane 1 finishes and another car takes it's place. The voice on the other side of the speaker apparently didn't think I had enough time to ponder my order, so they proceed to take the order from the new car in lane 1. And, of course, those people don't know what they want. Um...er...how about... Gah! After what feels like an eternity, they get finished, and the voice asks me for my order. I tell the voice that I have a code and give the proper 4 digits that will give me 20% off. The voice repeats the proper 4 digits, and my app shows that the code has been accepted. Then silence. Thinking that maybe I missed the voice asking for my order, I proceed to give it. More silence. Huh? Kinda getting frustrated here. Blood pressure is starting to creep up. The voice finally decides to speak, and asks, "What was your code again?" and my blood pressure goes a bit higher. By this point 2 cars have had their orders taken in lane 1. After a deep breath, I again give the proper 4 digits and say that the code was accepted according to my app. The voice then says, "Let me get a manager". At this point my blood pressure is about to hit a dangerous level. Nope. No way y'all getting my money after this. I told the voice to forget it, and drove off. As I'm on my way to work I realize that since the app thinks I used the 20% off code, I can't use it at a different McDonald's today. Just shaking my head at the absurdity of it all. At least my blood pressure is back to normal.

I currently work at a different McDonald's location but at this particular McDonald's they are very unprofessional and lack knowledge the frappe machine was down okay thats fine that happens so I tried to order a Macchiato which is a whole different machine the person taking my order was rude and trying to say they are the same machine which I know different because I work for McDonald's not only that but I was rang up for 2 steak egg and cheese bagels extra breakfast sauce and extra cheese when it was supposed to be a SAUSAGE EGG AND CUEESE BAGEL they argued with me when I brought it to there attention and told me that's how it supposed to be rang up when I know personally it's has its own button on the screen and when I got my food it was a steak egg and cheese bagel no sauce and they refused to fix my recommendation skip this McDonald's and just go to the one down the road a

Super fast service! I usually go to a Mcdonald’s by Corydon Indiana, and they generally take a while and mess up my order. This Mcdonald’s on the other hand, was extremely fast and got my order right!!Also with the mcdonald’s app you can get a McChicken for and coffee drink for 4$ ? I

Every time I order food here, it's either wrong when I get it or us missing sandwiches or nuggets. Last week I ordered 2 big breakfast with hot cakes for my son's before work and got it to them and they were both missing the sausage patties. Just today I ordered 7 sandwiches 4 fries and 2 nuggets and got home to have no nuggets in the bag.
