I stopped by late after the play and got a couple of rotis to go. The food was totally fantastic just as I remembered. I was stoked to discover that they are opening at 6 on some days now. They will be seeing me more often.

We found this Food truck treasure while randomly visiting a bar.This Food truck was located in the back of The Alcove's courtyard. You can also access it from the back on a side road.The food was THE BOMB! We ordered the chorizo roti and the chorizo loaded fries and we loved them both! Best we've had while traveling for two weeks in Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana.The food is very flavorful. If you like rich flavors, this is the place for you.We loved the food so much that we had to come back the next day. We had a chance to talk to the chef and his wife and learned about their techniques and good standards. The chef gave us a sample of a new vegan creation. I love meat but his tofu creation was amazing.This is a local treasure for people with cravings for rich flavors. Highly recommend you stop by. They don't open until 8pm but are open until late night.
As a vegetarian, finding authentic tacos without meat can be extremely difficult. Papucho's has the best tacos I have ever had in my entire life. So much flavor and a variety of vegetarian options.

Best kept culinary secret in Downtown Jeffersonville! This is the reincarnation of The Hub restaurant in Jeffersonville that moved, and then closed. Their new food truck-style is smart! The food is soooo great! They open late (8p usually) & later in the week (Thursday?), so check the times... plan a late night snack or dinner and grab The Rogue, Jalada or Miss Swiss! The duo in the food truck are super friendly and never disappoint.

They have a full menu, including very tasty vegan options, such as bbq tofu tacos, and a incredible vegan Roti . Vegetarian options can be made vegan too! I wish I had pics of the food, but I ate it too fast Open 8-2am Thur-Sat.
