The wait staff always seems overwhelmed. The food is always excellent.Parking: Parking sucks. It's always difficult to park downtown Jeffersonville. It's city streets with signs for residents only and no parking lots open to the public. Often, we have to park 3-4 blocks away. On weekends, it is not even worth trying.

Let me start of by saying, it wasn’t busy at this time: Wings were good in flavour, unfortunately they came out soggy and cold. Only saw our sever once when she brought our waters out, someone else took our order in place of our sever temporarily and brought out our wings. Never got our pizza, never got checked on again by neither, never saw our server until forty minutes later checking on the other tables aside from us. Asked for our pizza, she had no idea, said she’d check on the status of it since she didn’t know what was ordered. Asked for it to be cancelled, she insisted on checking on it but never came back out and someone else checked me out.

A group of 17 of us arrived requesting a table. We were told that they would seat us as soon as possible. No one attempted to give us an update or address us. A few of us ordered beer while we all waited incredibly patiently. We ended up waiting two hours without a single person giving us an update, apologizing for our longer than expected wait, or even being professional in their communication with us. When one of us asked for an update on time, the host responded, “Dude,” and something along the lines of, the group upstairs is paying their check and we will seat you after; etc. They never offered to split up our group to seat us faster, or provide any kind of solution to the long wait. We all ended up leaving after 2+ hours of waiting. Understandable that we had a large party and no reservations, but the lack of tact in customer service skills is why I had to write this review. Do better.

Stopped by after walking across the big 4 bridge. Highly recommend!! The cheese sticks appetizers were the best part ? we had the veggie pizza and the hot honey pepperoni and both were delicious. The kids meal pizza: perfect for my picky eaters — it was very light on the sauce. Too bad we don’t have one of these in Georgia!Kid-friendliness: Chairs good for kids; highchairs available; food for kids is a good amount and perfect for picky eaters (great if you have kids who love carbs ?)

Cheese pizza was killer. We also got the deluxe, it was good, but for me too many toppings and light on cheese. Pretty good beer selection. The outside area was super cool, great views of the Big four bridge and park. Service was on point even though they were packed.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu has a few options. Cheese sticks, pizza. Can't remember what else.

We had great food tonight but the service was terrible. Karmen M was our waitress and she was rude. Obviously the inside was understaffed tonight as it was beautiful weather and the outside dining was crowded. That was not our fault and we did not deserve to be treated the way that we were. We were seated for 25 min before we got waited on and 35 min before we got our beer. We made it a point to be pleasant but she did not do the same. Such a shame.

We had a couple drinks upstairs. And the pepperoni bombs! And I had the hot brown!
Very, very good pizza. I'm a big pizza guy and this is pretty good. 8.5 out of ten everybody knows the rules. Needs a little more crunch on the undercarriage, but other than that, it is absolutely delicious. I would def come back here. Customer service was excellent too.

My first time here. There were only a few people eating here a little after 11:30 am on a Saturday Morning. Waited a couple minutes to be seated. Service was not the best. Mainly younger people working who seemed annoyed at having to work. I paid $16 for a Calzone that was so small, so thin I couldn't believe it. I posted pics of it. It tasted ok that is what the 1 star is for there was just nothing to it. It was like 2 small slices of Pizza with the crust folded over the top . I've paid much less for much better and bigger Calzones. I would be ashamed to charge that much for that little. Honestly, $9.95 would be a more reasonable price considering what they served me. Not sure what the 5 star reviews are all about. I won't be back, will stick to Calzones that I know are worth my money.
