Do not go to this place. It used to be amazing but new owner James is running it into the dirt. Prices have become absurd and he doesn’t pay his employees. Has multiple lawsuits against him. Please do not give your money to this crook.

New owner doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing. Doesn’t pay taxes, doesn’t pay employees, brings illegal items into the work environment, and worst of all doesn’t comply with child labor laws working 14 and 15 year olds 10 hour shifts.

My family and I visited here yesterday afternoon. We got some sweet treats and the price was very good for what we got. The girls really enjoyed the unlimited toppings of all the sweets and things. The service was excellent as well. Overall a good spot that we will be back to enjoy again

Used to come here often. Last time the chocolate flavor tasted like spoiled milk. It was awful. Waste of $18 for both to be thrown out. Reached out to the company to let them know and didn't get a response. Hours are confusing and not always open when they say.

Purchased a cup of soft serve with four flavors--- very tasteless and over iced. I don't think their soft serve machine is set right as it was so bad. My husband had a big cup of ice cream and it was also tasteless and icy. I'm passing thru town, and don't recommend this.

Just placed an order with grub hub and the driver was sketchy and dipped on my order. The store called me and informed me. Their professionalism blows grub hubs out of the water. They truly cared about my order and my experience with them.

too expensive for the portion of froyo and such you get. $13 for a small cup with toppings. even if you were to get 1 topping they'd charge you for unlimited! the actual food i ordered was still frozen on the inside so i could not even eat it. they have good lemonade though
My family and I have always went here when we walked the bridge. Yesterday just my grandson and I went in and both got a small cup of frozen yogurt and his was only half full since he’s 3. When I went to pay the lady tells me it’s 21 dollars!! I asked if that’s right and she said yes it’s right, didn’t you read the sign very rudely. When I told my friend about it she said that’s why she quit going to it as well. Prices are now outrageous!

We came here on a Saturday and google said they close at 10. We showed up at 8:15 and got major attitude from the teenage staff who declared they were "closing early". Had our kids and out of town friends and was majorly turned away by this place.

Pearl Street Treats is hands down on of my favorite little spots in jeffersonville!If you find yourself on the Indiana side of the big four bridge make sure you make a pit stop to Pearl Street Treats, you will not be disappointed! :)
