my pizza was cold when it arrived. I would not recommend to anyone pizza delivery but I order and pick it up myself. I had to microwave the pizza for it to be eatable

In our younger days we were big fans of Pizza Hut Pan Pizza. Over the years, between the chain closing stores and our moving to a more rural area, we quit eating at The Hut. Today we made it a point to have a Pan Pizza for lunch while we were out running errands. Additionally we called this store and found out they have a drive thru window allowing us to pick up our order without going into the restaurant. Perfect. We ordered a large 2 topping Pan Pizza. When ordering we were told the Pizza would be ready within 15 to 20 minutes. We arrived, and right at 20 minutes we received our Pizza. The Pizza was nice and hot. We pulled over into a huge adjacent parking lot and started chowing down. We looked at each other and said why have we waited so long to come here. The Pizza and toppings were delicious. Our toppings were onions and Italian Sausage. My only complaint is the toppings were a little sparse, particularly the onions. I can see us making the drive again next week for another pizza!

this was the best pizza we have had from Pizza hut in a long time.. we ordered the Pan Pizza, and it was cooked perfectly.. it was crunchy and hot and fresh.. we really miss the oils that were brushed on the crust.. sorry they had discontinued it... we order at least once weekly ( grandchildren or social occasions our pizza hut is the best 10th st. jeffersonville Indiana

Tried to order 2 three item hand tossed pizzas (the special) and 2 liters soda from the main answering service. Computer was swamped and so it locked up.I was transferred to the local store.They refused to give me the 3 item special, and only offered a 1 item special.Ordered from this location before, twice. Had good experiences previously. However, the last two experiences have been negative.Therefore, I am through doing business with Pizza Hut at this location.

I pulled up in the drive through ready to place my order. As I was telling the lady my order, she stopped me and said that they don’t take orders in the drive through. I had to place them online or call them in. Also, she said they had a lot of orders already, which didn’t feel inviting for me to place my order online or phone it in. It felt like I was an inconvenience to the business and I drove off. The inside is closed as well. I hardly ever come to Pizza Hut and this doesn’t make me want to come back.

Was made the way I expected it. Pepperoni Lovers Pizza really had more pepperoni than a regular pepperoni pizza. There’s no one else around that has that good tasting dough of your pan pizza.

This location consistently has a low wait time in the drive thru for pickup (only option at this location with covid staffing shortages), is always on the short side of the 10-20 minute estimate for food to be ready, and our personal pan pizzas are always scalding and obviously just out of the oven. Staff at pick up window are fast and doing a great job.
