I love Popeyes but they forgot my pie amd since I'm from out of town that really sucked for because they closed 10mins after we got in drive-thru

I went there with my husband the lady at the window seemed nice however was very rude when I got to the window. I gave her my money and told her to give me a moment I had the change and she had already shut the window in my face and cashed me out. When I explained I didn't want a pocket full of change she didn't give me an opportunity to even give her the change she just said oops I already did it real snide. Then we had to wait 25 minutes for our food. I had asked for extra sauces at the speaker. She could have charged me then. She brought me my food with one sauce. I had to go back around to get the remainder and repay for them. Then when I began to eat my food I found a two in beard hair in the bottom of my nugget basket as if intentionally put there!!!!! Horrible establishment!! Horrible customer service!!! Will NOT BE Going back!!!!!!!!!

I was craving that spicy chicken sandwich. The lobby was closed so I had to use the drive-through. Unfortunately the restaurant was only staffed with 2 employees but they were busting their backs to handle the customers. The order was correct and the employees were super friendly.

Rude, indifferent service. The staff shuffles around slow, shoulders slumped. Just throw it in a box and get them out of here. You can do better, a lot better.

We have been to this restaurant twice when the sign and internet said the dine in was open. Both times the doors were locked even though customers were eating inside. The food is good but the staff is horrible. Do not waste your time.

Great food fast and friendly service high-quality items it's my new chicken place. I got the three piece dark meat dinner they were out of some items and that's okay because the staff help me find other items as sides for me to order and it's very clean and everybody smiles

Once again dining room not opened. The drive-thru was 14 cars deep. Waited entirely to long to place order. Order was processed in a timely manner and correct.One by one I am taking these fast foods restaurants off my list to visit. I had no plans to dine in. Only to place an order inside.

Imagine getting off work and wanting to stop and get some hot and fresh chicken. You pull up to the doors locked and someone telling you to go through the drive-thru. Insides closed no problem so you pull up to the speaker after watching them standing around with their kids in the store to tell you our system is rebooting and we don't know how long it's going to take to come back up. Will probably never eat at this Popeyes again and don't recommend because of the customer service. This was 30 minutes before they closed.

Ordered 4 piece tenders but got a mix of legs thighs and wings, and didn't even get a biscuit. Probably won't go again.

May 19, 2021: Quarter sized chunk of mold on my spicy chicken sandwich.How far from fresh is that??? Also, the stores phone number is out of order. Makes me wonder how many people never looked at their food and just ate it, those buns come in huge bags, I'm sure this wasn't the only moldy one...
