Tried this location a few time. Never have been impressed. Few things no one wears gloves, making your food and handing your cash then going in to the next customer not washing in between transactions. It’s alway dirty even due I g the slow times. Portion sizes are way smaller. The Queso looks like dirty dog water or vomit 99% of the time. Do yourself a favor and skip this location at all costs. The Clarksville location is 100% better and worth the extra 5 min drive.

I really like Qdoba, I just don't love their prices. They really get you on the add-ons here. Also, I wish they would get a legit salsa for their chips. Their salsa varieties are good on the entrees, but if your going to charge me a nice sum for chips and salsa, the salsa for chips should be great. That said, the Cholula chicken is awesome. I get that on a burrito, with The fajita veggies and some guac. One of my favorite lunch items I get anywhere.

I had the pleasure of working with the manager, "P" as our high school theatre boosters were looking to provide meals from various local vendors for our students during tech week before the show. P was so kind and sweet and did everything he could to take care of us. The food was prepared in advance for us to be picked up on time, but due to a change in schedule out of our control, we had to move the date of pick-up, and P is working with us to accommodate our new scheduling needs. They are so willing to build excellent relationships with the school, and they are definitely on my go-to list for future catering needs! I really appreciate the team at this location. Every time I go just for myself or with my family, the staff are all friendly, and the food is always fresh and delicious. I'm a fan of supporting businesses who actually care, and P and his staff have shown that is definitely the case.

I love QDoba anyway, but this location is nice. Stopped in one evening after taking the grandboy to the movies and we had an excellent dinner. Customer service was excellent, the restaurant was new and clean. Hope it stays this quality. ????

This has consistently been one of the worst Qdoba restaurants in the Southern Indiana area. Every time I try to give it time and see if it's gotten better, it gets worse somehow. I think it is because the employees just don't care what or how they shove things out the window. People like us are paying money for a service just like they would if they went out to another restaurant. Having worked in the restaurant scene years ago, you make, care for, and present the food as you would expect it. How is that so hard. Not to mention not one person I've interacted with at this location has had any semblance of a personality or friendliness. Management needs to pay attention and raise the expectations of their staff.How can you not notice you wrapped a burrito that blew out at both ends?!

Do NOT order catering! They left off over 1/3 of my order and promised a refund over a week ago and STILL have not given it. The General Manager of the Jeffersonville, IN store will not take my calls and they are refusing any response. I have emailed customer service three times in the past weekand have gotten absolutely NO response. Qdoba is ripping me off!
