I did a build-your-own pan pizza. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. I asked for the pizza to be well done, so the cheese was nice and browned and bubbly at the end. A special shout-out to Jacob for being friendly and welcoming! And so patient as I figured out what I wanted on the pizza. The management here, and staff like Jacob, will definitely keep me coming back!

Ordered a pan triple pepperoni . They burnt the holy Hell of of it . I tried a pepperoni to seee if it was edible & well , ewww. They also only give you a flimsy cup for water if you have a child . Let’s just say that didn’t work out . Past experiences have been fine . But not this time .

The person making my pizza was accommodating when I asked for more pineapple. Best vegan pizza within 30mile radius.Vegetarian options: Vegan cheese! Woo!

On 4 pizzas 3 barely had any cheese. They have a scale but the kids weren’t using it. See photo. We LOVED the New Albany location so we went here, since that one closed, to give it a try. The employees were not as friendly and they seemed less invested in making a good pizza. A bonus is they were good at getting the sauces to the sides and plenty of it so that made up for the missing cheese a bit in flavor. We didn’t leave feeling like we got our moneys worth at this location.

What's the point of ordering 30 minutes ahead... If they're not going to make it until 5 minutes after you arrive... So infuriating. No compensation offered. Slow workers. Great reflection of management.
