Had a hard time understanding the man working. He didn't speak English very well. He didn't listen to what I ordered. I won't go back, it's not the first time, & I won't go back.

I don’t know what to say to these stupid guys working over their , as always when ever I order foot long subway they just send me 6 inch and something I order veg pettie there is no veggie pettie in my sandwich, they put their own veggie that they want . I always put their sandwich in trash , l’ll never order my sandwich from this place .

He made my order wrong and when I went back he took the sandwich back I watch him take off what wasn’t supposed to be on the sandwich using dirty gloves that he didn’t change touching on all the veggies that I wanted on the sandwich. I ask him if he could he remake the sandwich and use new gloves. He said he could do that or give me a refund.

Use to get good sandwiches from here. Not anymore! I ordered a sandwich that had double cheese on it (by default) there was NO cheese on it! Also, anytime I order chicken sandwiches, there is barely any on it! They also only give you like 3 or 4 tiny ice cubes in your drink! Whoever is running this place needs to be reported because they are ripping people off! I won't be back. So, you just lost a customer that orders 2 or 3 times a week.

Took my coupon, and then didn't apply it to my order without saying anything.I ordered an Italian BMT with no salami, and up charged me for extra meat and then didn't put any on my sandwich.I asked for it toasted and he completely disregarded that.Terrible service

Will "What else? Anything else?" you to death while ordering even if you are the only customer. Makes you feel as if taking your order is a burden. Food is good, just not friendly.

Ordered a rotisserie chicken. The guy tried to put three little scoops of chicken on there. It was a foot-long sub. Ask him if I could get some more meat that the bread wasn’t even covered. Told me it was weighed out that someone messed up by putting too much steak on an order. Idk what that has to do with my order. Sounds more like an employee issue to. Got it toasted. When I started to eat it, it was cold. The chicken still had ice on It would not recommend this subway whatsoever. I’ll eat Thorntons gas station food before eating here again.

My Mother just had the worst experience imaginable at this location. She ordered a BLT on the app, picked it up, got home, it was a meatball sub. She immediately called (no big deal, people makes mistakes). The employee told her to come back the next day and fix it. My mom called the next day to let them know that she had to work overtime and wouldn’t be able to make it till the next day after. THE MANAGER said because she didn’t have a paper receipt (she ordered online and did not receive a paper receipt), she would not give her sandwich to her. It has absolutely nothing to do with the 7$, this has everything to do with good business and character.

I absolutely do not recommend going to this Subway after the way I was treated by the owner. I placed an order through their app and provided them with a receipt on the app which has now conveniently been removed from my app. I provided the employee there showing my bank statement in which I did place the order and was told that since they didn't receive my order that I would not be given my food. When I asked to get the number of the owner of this franchise the employee decided to call him up at 2:45 in the morning which I insisted him not do to it being so late.The employee called the owner and the owner yelled at me via speakerphone telling me that it was "my problem" and how "it wasn't their issue" and because I was upset I was told that if I didn't just leave that they would call the police on me.I absolutely will never be giving this particular Subway my money ever again especially to an owner that doesn't seem to care at all whatsoever about giving great customer service or that a customer was charged for an item.

The sandwich wasn't made as described and didn't have any of the extra vegetables that I requested. When I got to the window the cashier said "give me $11.50. After I paid for it he tossed the sandwich into my car. There wasn't any napkins either. I will not ever go back!!

What a rip off!! Ordered a 6 inch meatball asked what kind of cheese?(could barely hear him) then said mozzarella. Get to checkout & was charged $1.99 extra for chees!! Wasn't told it was extra! Tried to reason with the man he just stared at me & said nothing?NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER ? DON'T BOTHER TO STOP. FOOD WASN'T SO GOOD EITHER...
