My tacos where fresh and on point. Good location for fresh taco. It’s definitely worth check it out if you’re going to be nearby.

I drive across Jeff and the round about to go to this location. The one by rural king and Allison Lane had terrible service. This taco bell is usually great!

Food is kinda stopped together and of average fast food
Yall wanna go home early soooo bad. Literally wasted 20 mins waiting in line.Waited behind 2 people then I finally got to the window to pick up a couple Door dash orders. They had them for 30 mins, it took me 10 to get there. Said they tore down over 75% of their line and it would still be 5-10 mins. They closed in about an hour and a half and just wanted to leave early.

You all question me on how long it took me to eat my cheesy fiesta potatoes when I tell you the damn things were hard really didn’t even apologize and then when I said the food tasted like it had chemicals on it acted like oh chemicals don’t get sprayed around it you’re all that perfect you don’t know, but whatever Your customer service skills suck you treat your customer bad I didn’t even get oh I’m sorry you had a bad experience and that your food didn’t taste good you just told me my taste buds were off and I spoke to a woman that she said she was the manager tonight at 7:45. Whoever that manager is on the shift that’s a woman said all this. I will not go to this location anymore I’ll go to one of the other better Taco Bells in Jeff. This is the worst Jeff Taco Bell they literally treat you bad when you call and tell them the food is not good. Go to one of the other locations in Jeffersonville, Indiana. They did nothing but treat me bad and say the food was not what I said like I was lying.

2/15/23. Thanks for the side of food poisoning.10/27/23. Thought I would try them out again. 1 employee living in his dirty car in the parking lot with a cat living in the car also. Comes in and starts touching things in the kitchen and never washed his hands. For the love of god take a shower and wash your hair.3 other employees keep going right outside the main door and vaping with their gloves on then return to the kitchen with those same gloves.What a disgusting place. Apparently no management here.

Good was ok. Nachos chips were stale. We ordered several build your own boxes and was given each one individually. We asked for a bag for everything but was only given a bag for the nachos. Not happy with this experience.
