1st time at this WC a couple weeks ago 2 guys working a little slow mo but burgers were fantastic and they were very nice gentlemen. 2nd time tonight they were rocking the drive thru w a few inside. 3 ladies absolutely kicking it speed, friendly and quality. My burgers again fantastic. I have been disappointed w WC for a good while but this location bringing back the old feeling.

Shout out to the drive-thru associate this evening. We ordered a Number 8, OG sliders and added ketchup, french fries, subbed one order for mozzarella sticks and 2 Big Reds of course. The order was on point and was enjoyed knowing it came out hot and fresh with the long line we waited in. The Associate (they had some cool basketball tattoos) was taking orders, running the till at the first window, and handing out food at the second window. I imagined their step count was up during their shift. It looked like some hard work and we appreciate the kind service.

Every time we ask for extra crispy on the rings they never do it. Don't get the sauces you ask for. It's slow. It's just terrible.

Called the store to say they needed to cancel a DD order on their end, so the customer and delivery driver doesn't have to assume the costs.Get told by a very rude woman on the phone "That will have to wait until my manager arrives in the morning"Conveniently, 2 minutes later Doordash orders are turned off on their end.Blatantly lying rude employees.Anyone that's ever worked in food knows, if doordash available, there's a handheld tablet available to control delivery orders, mark out of stock items, and cancel orders if necessary.Place is a joke. Dont order from here.

The Team (#8862) that was there when I went in; was very polite and friendly. One of the ladies opened the door for me because my hands were full. My whole experience was Great! They seemed to work very well together. That's what makes customers like me happy. And the food was so good. Even my 87 yr old mom loved it. This is the best Team I have seen there in a very long time. I will go back!A Very Happy Customer!
