My last visit was the weirdest experience, I ordered 2 burritos- one with no meat and the other a bacon, and biscuits sausage, and a croissantwich. The lady ended up giving us like 6 + burritos & I was at fault for not realizing WHY my order was 20+$ and I realize that it was a misunderstanding, but I honestly felt like I communicated my order pretty directly. ? Anyways.. the lady was very nice for what it was worth. I just felt like there was no point turning around once we realized what had happened.

Welcome to the possible worst burger king ever. The young kid with an attitude, obviously not enthusiastic about working. He went from sweeping to handling food for guests, no sanitization of the hands, what is a receipt? They do not offer them. No napkins, sure glad it's winter at least I have my sleeves. Plus their drive through is a pay through, you pay at the window and wait around the building at the main doors. Employees are horrible. I would suggest just shutting the place down. It hasn't gotten any better at this store for the last two years I have been in the area. The managers nor the owners of this store will get ahold of you when you ask, in person or over the phone. It's really as bad as the McDonald's across the street. Save your money and stop by a better burger king. This one will only leave you disappointed.

First car no others for 2-3 minutes. Asked to pull around waiting on fresh burgers”won’t take long”. Twenty minutes later after being ask FOUR times my order and other two vehicles behind me pulling away given my order after going back in to retrieve a fry.Double cheese was ordered plain xtra pickle. It was not.My granddaughter eats only BK. She is special needs doesn’t like messy food.My sandwich was over flowing with condiments.BK location 109/70 exit. Have been eating there for 13 years because.
Typical BK food. Had the cleanest restrooms I have ever been in at a fast food place. Counter person was also covering the drive thru but provided top notch customer service to me. Great visit.

Cashiers disappeared alot couldn't get our sauces so didn't eat the chicken fries because we couldn't find anyone,the women's bathroom had water coming thru the lights above and was flooding the floor and smelled like they were in there smoking cigarettes it reeked of cigarette smell and the lobby was

I can't believe how expensive it has gotten for a simple whopper Jr. Overall this is a solid location with fast service and they don't screw up orders here. This place definitely needs an overhaul on its design, the inside is falling apart. Establishment is right off the highway in between gas stations. Overall still a solid location worth visiting.

I went twice this week and I ordered a whopper jr with just bacon and cheese. Both times they but everything on my burger. The fries were cold. On the drive through there was a paper that said carrol corporation idk what it is but it might help.
