“Look people. Fast food places rarely get props. We all know it sucks to work there. It's not hard but some people make it hard. This Burger King was the exception. They were courteous. They were professional. When I got to the window there wasn't a bunch of people standing around playing on their phones. They were quick, efficient and engaging. When I got my food it was perfect. I mean it was hot. I unwrapped it and it was how I ordered it and it looked like a damn menu piece. You know what I mean. You see the sandwich on the menu and it looks pretty good. You get it and it's a travesty. This food looked better than the menu. And it's been a long time since I ate a fast food burger and audibly exclaimed, "damn, that's good!"So good job crew. You made it enjoyable!“

“Caleb at the counter was very quick and polite. He was knowledgeable about the prices, and informed me it was cheaper to purchase a meal (including a drink that I didn’t want) rather than 2 burritos and a hash brown separately. The food was prepared quickly, about the same amount of time it took me to fill my drink at the machine. It was hot and fresh.Later on I even saw Caleb approaching customers at the self-serve kiosk and offer to assist them quicker than they could use the self-serve kiosk, and approach customers in the lobby to take their food to them (not a single second wasted standing around.The lobby is clean, and drink island is stocked.Overall I’m highly impressed with this restaurant, despite being a McDonalds“

“This is the best quick service restaurant in New Castle! My wife and I chose Culver’s for a quick dinner tonight and we were thoroughly impressed. Food was great, service was exceptional and the whole dine in experience was a pleasure. The pretzel bites are a must!“

“We had an online order, when we first showed up and went thru drive thru to pick up our online order they first tried to give us someone else's order but we quickly noticed and they corrected it before handing us the whole order. Otherwise our food was hot, delicious and we was served promptly and was able to get in and out with no problem.“

“Only ever eat chicken from here and occasionally some fries especially if i get my much loved caramel frappe!! I don't eat anything else on their menu as I don't care too much for any of it.. it's all gross in my opinion!!Other than the food, their service is excellent. Very fast and my order is usually right..The atmosphere is as you would expect when there's a play place inside the restaurant... but it's great cause I love kids and seeing them happy makes me happy.So yes, overall a good experience :)“

“I’m visiting town from Florida, and I showed up late night after they locked the doors for dine in, but the two gentlemen working tonight were kind enough to allow me and my brother to walk to the drive thru window to order. They even chatted with us for a bit, gave great menu recommendations, and the shakes and food were good.It felt like one of those special small town moments that big city folk like myself dream of, so I had to leave a review.“
